Super 8 by Wyndham Green River

Aside from clean sheets and towels for the first day of our stay, the property was very dirty. Property is in need of some serious renovation beyond the recent paint job.

We have stayed in our fair share of hotels but this one takes the cake. The service was bad, things were broken in our room, I was charged twice because communication was lacking. All around messy experience

For value it was what I paid for. The overall motel is ran down. The staff in morning seemed to be a mess running around disappearing and nowhere to be found. Call fed was out for over an hour and no one was keeping up with the breakfast area. It was very unkept. Watched one staff put a dirty bowl back on the line, that I threw away. The only positive words, the afternoon lady at check-in after hesitation, gave me an ADA room.

Room was dirty, bed was worn out and swaybacked, there was problems with the room key loosing the programing.

Stay away! The hotel was filthy, windows were broken, no toilet paper in room, carpet was stained, although they say pet friendly you have to walk your dogs 2 blocks away to relieve themselves. Got our money back and left immediately.

Heater kept room over 88degrees even when set at 63. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Plugs were loose and didn’t work. We couldn’t wait to leave!

People friendly but rooms were dirty. Carpets and chairs were stained badly. Checked in dirty towels left on hooks from previous guests. First room they gave me heater would not shut off. Hotter than a rest home. .

I want to start off by saying the staff is very accommodating and so so kind. Our TV wasn’t working when we got to the room and they made sure they got everything working before they left our room. The building and room itself needs some work. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty. There was still a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The beds are very worn and really need to be replaced. The heater/AC in the room was not working properly. The heat is either on full blast or the unit had to be turned off. When we initially walked into our room it was a stifling 90 degrees. Because it was not bearable to leave the heat on through the night, there were some very cold nights. Would have been nice to have more than two bedsheets on the bed. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower or sink. After ice fishing all day, having to take a cold shower was torture. Again, the staff is here SO KIND! They greeted us every time we came in and left. But this building needs some major improvements.
