My husband and I finally got to getaway for a few days after two years. We were looking for a hotel with a suite, breakfast/restaurant, and bar. According to the website, this was the place, except in reality there was no food, Starbucks or alcohol. They did have wine and a couple things in their pantry that you could buy and fix for yourself, and coffee was out 24-7. My guess is that it has been this way for a while and that the website hadn’t been updated. I was angry because we were choosing a hotel for these amenities. The staff there was absolutely amazing and was the best part of the stay! Our room was extremely spacious and faced the courtyard. Highway noise wasn’t disturbing. It was nicely furnished and comfortable with large flat screen TVs, which was a nice treat. Unfortunately, we were unable to get Netflix to work, even after having someone come up to help. I gotta say, she was there in less than 5 min. though. The bed seemed a little small for a king, but it was soooo comfortable and I slept extremely well. There was tons of counter space in the living room as well as the sink section of the outer bath area. I was surprised that there was only a single sink in it. The lighting in the whole suite was pretty dim. A lighted make up mirror is desperately needed due to this. The bathroom showed it’s age and wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been, yet wasn’t gross. The shower head had a very wide spray that was unable to be adjusted, and felt weak. All in all, if you are looking for a comfortable bed, this is where you want to be. The personnel is top notch and everything is lacking at this point.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my recent visit to the Springfield/Branson area. They currently contract with Yellow Cab for their shuttle service, and while the drivers are very courteous, the service is a little slow. I waited for over an hour for a shuttle to the hotel on one occasion. From the hotel to the airport, the shuttle runs every hour so you can reserve your shuttle in advance with no issues. All hotel employees provided exemplary customer service. Rooms were clean and adequate with comfortable beds.

GGuest UserOverall I enjoyed this property; the lobby was well appointed, spacious dining area, coffee and fresh cucumber water for guests. The staff was friendly and offered cookies and water at check-in. The only negative I would point out is that the bathroom could use a little refresh. The showerhead and drain were old and not in best condition. There appeared to be rust on the shower door where it slides at the bottom and there was hair on the bathroom counter. I didn't care for the placement of the bed being adjacent to the television either. I had to lay on my side or turn my neck which was uncomfortable. I enjoyed the options for netflix, hulu, live tv and so on though. Overall, I'd come back but would appreciate the bathroom fixtures to be more modern and not rusted.

GGuest UserUpon arrival, there were issues with our room. One area was not clean, there was no fridge in the room, and the TV did not work. They had apparently been having issues with the TV all day. Assistant Manager Hannah came to our room to try to fix the TV, but it continued to have issues. They were full for the night, so there were no other rooms to move us to. She offered to move us to another hotel or comp the room. We chose to comp the room as we were there to attend a concert that was within walking distance of this hotel. Hannah brought in a fridge, and cleaned the dirty area. This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. I would certainly stay again. We very much appreciated Hannah's efforts to make things right for us.

GGuest UserWe travel through the U.S. frequently and this Best Western is wonderful! Clean, up-to-date rooms, and under $100 per room for two rooms with double queens. The mirror area outside the bathroom had 6 outlets total—pleasant surprise when you are used to sharing a double outlet! We didn't eat breakfast as we were doing brunch at another location, but we stopped to fill our travel mugs—breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

GGuest UserQuiet, comfortable, clean. Front desk staff was efficient and polite. Breakfast was well stocked, tasty, and hot. We will definitely consider staying the next time we are in the area. It was a last minute situation to stay and we were glad they had availability!

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed here a couple times and rarely have any issues. This time we noticed some stuff on the 2nd day but the day staff were able to correct everything right away and we came back to a perfect room. Shout to the evenings host Shawn. He made sure to speak to us each time we passed the desk, make sure things were going well, and check that we had everything we need. Best hotel host we’ve had to date.

GGuest UserI am pleased that I reached out to stay again - after a VERY disappointment long visit last Summer 2020. The team that manager Kristina is putting together is making a difference in this property and its improvements. Cleaner rooms, cleaner public areas, a sincere effort to care about guests, Response to issues and concerns and a staff that does there best with what they have. There are aspects of the property ( some updates and some worn and dated_ that are challenging but the team is trying to work and maintain what they have. The property has a convenient location, nice pluses such as pool and hot tub, a standard breakfast that is back and good proximity to shopping and quick food. We were very pleased with out recent stay, with Kathy at the front desk and the improving housekeeping team Keep up the good work.

SSerenity CofferThe hotel staff tried there hardest to make ut hassle free but the trip.com is who we had a lot of trouble with it definitely wasnt just enjoy your stay it was 2 hours of waiting and then 2 different booking alot of confusion and very irritating and not worth the hassle

GGuest UserOverall, I think this hotel used to be a really really nice hotel but has been sorely neglected for many years. It is not a bad place to stay but it isn’t what it once was either. Check in was easy in the lobby it’s pretty but you can tell that things have been left without being kept up. The people at the front task were very nice. Our room is a standard room and the first thing I always check out the bathroom for cleanliness. The bathroom is clean which is always a good sign. Overall the hotel was very clean so I felt really good about that. The bathroom is small and the toilet doesn’t feel like it is anchored to the floor because it rocks. In the shower, the faucet is pulled out of the wall and needs to be repaired. The TV has a good number of channels and the reception was good. The pool is an outdoor pool and it is about standard size for a hotel but it has clearly been neglected over the years. The water was coming and we felt safe swimming but everything else just seemed old. We went down for breakfast in the morning and the breakfast is very very minimal. They had eggs sausage biscuits and gravy bagels and cereal. There was only salt but no pepper, there was no milk for the cereal, and there were no toppings for the bagels.
