The hotel is in the golf course area and is very close to the highway exit, about 2 kilometers away. The hotel is classy and has a good free buffet. I booked a suite, which has a large living room outside with a dining table and sofa. There is a bathroom between the living room and bedroom, as well as a simple kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, sink). The hotel is clean and sanitary, with free parking. I highly recommend it.

Would recommend. Clean and friendly staff would come back and stay over and over. The food is awesome the inlets are the best Being your family friends whoever and relax with a drink by the pools and the beds are so comfortable

We checked into our room and found a live roach in our room refrigerator. We also found out from a hotel worker that another guest had recently complained about the room, the room had just been sprayed for bugs and that it should not have been in service. The hotel did not offer us compensation or an apology. We do not pay to stay with roaches so we checked out and moved to another hotel.

I travel more than the average person and stay in hotels of varying types all over the world from high end to budget. I have to say the Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort and Conference Center is now one of my favorites. The property is great-clean and nice amenities. The restaurant was pretty good and well priced. But the real standout of the property is the staff. Every person I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. It was all top notch customer service. I want to give a special commendation to housekeeping manage Carl Mullins. I had occasion to meet Carl and he went completely above and beyond to be kind and helpful to me. Carl represents the Hilton brand extremely well and is exceptionally good at his job and customer service. Thank you Carl! This hotel is now one of my new favorites and intend to be back several times as I come to the area a few times a year.
