The location is good, there is a Coles nearby, walk around 15 minutes to there. The receptionist at front desk is inadequate, which we had to wait for 5 to 15 minutes for check-in or request for extra supplies. And the room soundproofing is poor.

The room was very spacious and clean. The most thoughtful thing was that there was a Bull adapter in the room. This was very thoughtful for people who forgot to bring the adapter when they were in a hurry on a business trip. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. Since we were going out first, even though we checked out, the front desk staff was still very kind to let us put our luggage in the storage room.

Front Desk staffs were very helpful and happy with their service. Unable to comment on the food since we did not have it in the hotel.
Will definitely recommend my friends if they go to Sydney for holidays even though is not that close to the train station.
