It's next to Walmart and all the restaurants in the small lake town. I suggest jak and Rips / kennel club for dinner and Spencer's for milkshakes. 
Hotel is run  down. Not clean as standards should be. It's ok for a budget traveler overpriced for it's  lack of amenities and services. Needs updating badly and the location is great can walk to eat shop sleep

    Our room was clean & beds comfortable  THe hotel was set way back & behind other hotels off the Interstate..  We had an easy check-in but were given 2 room keys.  Only 1 would work at a time, so  my hubby had to walk to the front desk to get it changed.

Room was musty smelling; lamps were operable but hanging by a thread; bathroom fan was inoperable; spigot in tub was non-functional. The bed was comfortable.  Okay for the price and if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.  Staff was friendly.  Overall needs to be updated.

My stay at the hotel was not so pleasant. First when I walked inside the room, I immediately sprayed my lysol because it smelled horrible the scent was coming from the air condition unit. I looked at the bed and their was dust on the headboards, I sprayed it down with lysol as well. It was not a pleasant stay i just sprayed everything down. I'm glad I brought my own blankets and pillows. It was really the scent for me, I could deal with the other imperfections, I had to use my chamomile vapor rub around my nose in order for me to have a peaceful sleep.
