The rudest staff I have ever encountered, a hotel that doesn’t know the meaning of the word hospitality. No guest service, not enough equipment and they even ran out of beer and closed the bar at 10pm. Asking for water was a huge inconvenience! Food was terrible, poorly cooked and cold. A complete joke!

Hotel que no está a la altura de las expectativas. Me suelo alojar en hoteles Mercure y este me ha decepcionado mucho. La habitación es correcta pero la atención al cliente pesima, todo cerrado en fin de semana. Ni siquiera te puedes tomar algo porque tanto el restaurante como el bar está cerrado. Eso si te dan un vale bebida de Bienvenida que no podrás gastar…así para darte ganas de tomar algo y tener que salir. Tambien anuncian piscina que en realidad es un jacuzzi interior…una lastima en verano. Lejos de ser un 4 estrellas.

Chambre suite loin d’un 4 étoiles ! À notre arrivée oubli de café,mini bar non rempli, chaussons inexistant et chambre vieille et sale surtout la moquette tachée dans toute la chambre salle de bain ridicule point positif lit King géant mais encore des draps tachée déception totale ! Heureusement c’est pour une nuit et de passage car 4 étoiles pour cela non non et non!!

Panne d'ascenseur sans avertissement avant notre arrivée! Aucune compensation proposée pour le désagrément de passer 2 jours à monter 6 étages à pieds . Petit déjeuner d' une médiocrité affligeante. Cliente fidèle depuis des années, je ne suis pas sûre de poursuivre avec cette chaîne hôtelière.
