Quelle déception ! Nous avons été trompés sur la marchandise. Certes la maison a été une "résidense de charme" Il Y A 22 ANS... La bâtisse est vétuste, mal entretenue. Son environnement n'est pas conforme aux photos, la maison étant en bordure de route, presque dans un virage, famille avec enfants s'abstenir. Accueil à minima. Personnel se limitant à un monsieur dont ce n'est pas le métier de préparer le petit-déjeuner. Aucun échange, en quelque langue que ce soit. Le petit-déjeuner est indigent, le buffet deplorable, peu renouvelé et de produits médiocres, hormis des yaourts. La réservation ayant été faite directement, cela a été la croix et la banière pour régler ! Besoin de solliciter le monsieur de service pour téléphoner à la propriétaire, qui a rappelé une 2e fois pour débiter à distance la carte bancaire. Heureusement que Panzano est un bel endroit, mais il est impératif de chercher un autre hébergement !!!

Ho soggiornato una notte a Villa Le Rose, un posto veramente piacevole. La Villa è molto bella, volutamente arredata in modo classico e con un forte legame al passato. La mia camera era molto pulita, senza TV (finalmente!!), con un bel panorama sui colli del Chianti. Soffitti alti e tanta luce. Letto assolutamente comodo. Il bagno ha tutto, ottimi i prodotti per lavarsi, magari manca qualcosa per appendere gli asciugamani. Colazione dolce semplice ma assolutamente apprezzabile. La zona piscina è un ottimo spazio, l'acqua non era particolarmente invitante, ma credo sia stato un problemino di assenza cloro temporaneo. Bello la notte rientrare e vedere stelle a perdita d'occhio.

Posto tremendo. Pagati 160€ per una camera sporca e decrepita. Veramente un posto da evitare. Proprietari scortesi hanno affermato che le nostre lamentele erano finalizzate ad ottenere uno sconto. basta guardare le Foto su Google per rendersi conto di che posto si tratti. Una vergogna!

The facilities were great, including access to the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good. Parking on site. Villa is a 10 minute drive to two lovely Tuscan towns (Greve and Panzano). Would stay here again - it was so atmospheric!

Hotel dans une grosse maison Toscane. Au bord dune route pas tres passante, mais tres calme. Jolie piscine. La patrone est tres sympa. Seul petit bemol: pas de clim ni de filet anti moustiques aux fenetres. Résultat on a pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres (ma copine se fait systatiquement devorer par les moustiques de 3km a la ronde!) donc on a eu chaud. Je suggere a la responsable de faire installer des stores anti moustiques, quon profite de la fraicheur de la nuit

jolie maison typique, rusticité bienvenue, jardin, terrasse, mais route en bord ou les voitures vont vite même si elles ne sont pas nombreuses. petit déjeuner sympathique mais le nutella est dommage, un produit typique de toscane aurait été préférable. accueil adorable

Such a charming home in the tuscan countryside. The owners were lovely and so accommodating. The interior felt historic and rustic while still being clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the veranda was yummy and relaxing. And the resident dog and baby were quite cute too. Perfect for a my purposes, which were a place to stay while in town for a wedding in Panzano.

My husband and I love Villa Rosa and have returned there for many years. We stay in one of the rooms with the large terrace overlooking the valley -- what a view! The nearby little town of Panzano is great and has a couple of good restaurants. Many wineries are within easy driving distance and it is fun touring them and doing wine tastings. We were there about 3 years ago and they cooked and served dinner at the villa. Also they had a good selection of several wines. The dinner and wine were extra, but it was great because there are not so many restaurants in the area and the roads are dark and curvy if you have a couple glasses of wine. It was just so relaxing to have dinner outdoors under the loggia among the flowers, rosemary and olives. Maybe they will start serving dinner again -- probably suspended this service due to the pandemic. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The setting is just wonderful. If you go in the summer, there is a beautiful pool as well. I don't think you'll find a more enchanting location for your visit to Chianti Country.

Soggiornato una notte in questa struttura, in camera definita Tripla Superior. A parte la struttura decrepita e l'odore di muffa per le scale, la camera era in condizioni, a dir poco, pietose. Insetti morti sui vetri, pavimento che non vede una scopa da giorni con mattonelle che si staccano, bagno sporco con formica e peli nel water, nel lavandino stessa storia. Doccia in condizioni vergognose. Per non parlare del letto dove ovviamente erano presenti capelli. Pagare 160 euro per una camera del genere è veramente scandaloso. Io penso che chi spenda qualsiasi cifra per soggiornare in una struttura, abbia il diritto di avere un servizio adeguato e sempre decoroso. Dedicate attenzione alla manutenzione che è praticamente assente e soprattutto alla pulizia, perché nessuno deve pagare per dormire in un posto del genere.
