Luogo situato in zona centrale nelle immediate vicinanze della zona pedonale vecchia e della partenza mezzi di risalita. Tranquillo. Ricevimento e accoglienza molto professionale da parte del gerente Massimo a cui va un plauso particolare. Ottima cena e prezzi nella norma. Consigliabilissimo anche se il luogo necessiterebbe di alcuni rinnovamenti (esterni e interni).

Groupe de 20 personnes. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, la bonne cuisine (fondue anniviarde), et la bonne humeur, le sens de l'accueil et la convivialité du gérant de l'Hôtel, M. Massimo. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également idéal, près de l'arrêt de bus et des remontées mécaniques.

Excellent séjour à l'Hotel Alpina, très bon accueil de la réceptionniste, avec de bons conseils pour des randonnées. Salle de bain impeccable un peu petite, mais très propre.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage. Zimmer sehr sauber, gemütlich und bequemes Bett. Super Spa (sehr ruhig da auf Reservation), sehr gutes Frühstück. Toller Service. Vielen Dank insbesondere an den netten und hilfsbereiten Mann an der Rezeption.

Chambre refaite et très propre, literie neuves, déjeuner complet. Hôtel accorde un pourcentage au motards qu'on se le disent, ils sont de la FMS. Nous y retournerons volontiers lors de nos voyages au Valais. Merci pour l’accueillent et la sympathie

Amazing place with host who takes care of your comfort. She is a sweetheart. We were a large group of 6 and kept our clothes in lawn, and she moved them to sunny area so that they can dry. Dinner was Michelin status. Fish was just awesome and everyone cleaned their plate. Must stay place if you are in Champex Lac

An excellent value hotel - comfortable room (great shower), and spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc) available for guests for free. A really excellent breakfast included, and very good restaurant attached. The management are super friendly and helpful - we stayed 2 nights, separated by a week in which we went off ski touring and they kept our stuff for us no problem.

The location of the hotel is ideal for skiers. Unfortunately, the staff were tired of the season and sometimes annoyed. The receptionist in particular was anything but friendly and helpful. Some of the guests were reprimanded in a didactic manner. The rooms are minimally equipped and are showing their age. The wellness area also promises more than it delivers.
