This is a very great hotel, with excellent service Just few minutes walk from the station, upon check-in they will provide you with everything you need to know about your stay Feel free to ask them anything you need, they have very good service & will explain to you in detail. They are very sweet to send us a card with their chocolate souvenir, this makes us feel so great Thank you for everything we have during our stay!!!!

This hotel has mixed reviews. It is located opposite the terminal station and the Eiger Peak, and the scenery is amazing. The price is a bit expensive, and there is a friendly guy at the front desk who can speak Chinese. The overall English requirement for communication in Switzerland is not high, and baby English is basically worry-free.

The room was terrible, the bedding was terrible, the mattress was dented, the mattress was very soft, and my back and waist ached. The most unbearable thing was that I had to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The bathtub was very, very small, and I couldn't even stand in it. It was too unbearable. I stayed there for 3 days and will not go back! The room rate was over 3,000 yuan per day, but I felt like I was staying in a room worth 30 yuan!

We booked two rooms for a family trip and asked to be arranged closer or on the same floor. In the end, we were given two floors... The room was spacious but the facilities were simple. The service attitude was excellent. They also arranged a car to take us to the train station for free before leaving. It was very close to the Dream Hill.

The Schilthorn view room is great! The terrace faces the snow-capped mountains and dreamy slopes, so beautiful! The bathroom is also very large, and there is an open-air bath below. Although it is not big, it is still fun. I also gave you chocolates before leaving, thank you!

It's very close to the station. The scenery from the hotel is stunning. The breakfast has a variety of varieties (for breakfast in a Swiss hotel) and is delicious. Recommended!

The location is good, even the toilet window has a beautiful view. However, I booked the room in advance for 11 days, which feels a bit expensive.

This one is good, but there is a better one for 1000 cheaper, with a mountain view room. This one is also OK in the morning. No merits or demerits. The front desk service is very good.
