Expect more on hardware and service improvements. Curtain was missed by half, check-in took 10min. Breakfast was good, parking space is big.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, ein Wochenende in diesem wunderbaren Wellness Hotel zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist entspannt der perfekte Ort, um dem Alttag zu entfliehen. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet sehr sauber mit tollem Ausblick. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Infrarotlicht Sauna auf dem Zimmer und der zusätzliche Spa Bereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit seiner großen Auswahl sowie das Viergang Candel-Light-Dinner waren ein weiters Highlight. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu erholen und neue Energie zu tanken.

I was here as part of Timelash Dr.Who convention, and it was such a wonderful, modern and clean hotel with great views. Friendly, efficient and very accommodating staff. I will definitely come back here again and would highly recommend for anyone staying in Groß-Umstadt.

Ob Geburtstag oder Hochzeitstag, hier kann man romantisch feiern. Wir nutzten im Jahr 2019 und 2024 das Arrangement mit 4-Gang-Menü. Es gibt sehr gute Speisen und regionalen Wein. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön dekoriert und die Whirlwanne im Zimmer bietet herrliche Entspannung. Auf dem Balkon hat man herrliche Sicht. Das Hotel bietet guten Zugang zur Odenwälder Weininsel im Naturschutzgebiet. Wandern oder der Besuch der idyllischen Stadt sind von hier aus gut machbar.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Jakob war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus der idyllischen Lage inmitten der Weinberge und dem modernen Komfort des Hotels hat uns sofort verzaubert. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und der Whirlpool bot eine wunderbare Mglichkeit zum Entspannen. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der zuvorkommende Service und die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Die kleine Überraschung, für den Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung war eine nette Geste und der alkoholfreie Sekt bei der Ankunft hat den romantischen Rahmen perfekt abgerundet. Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight! Das Hirschrückensteak, war einfach sensationell und der selbstgebackene Apfelkuchen hat unsere Herzen im Sturm erobert. Einzig ein wenig mehr stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung im Zimmer, wie beispielsweise eine Lichterkette oder Kerzen, hätte die Atmosphäre noch romantischer gemacht. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel Jakob wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und die Seele baumeln zu lasen.
