What a great stay this was .From check in to departure everything was on par. Was a short family trip and Ashnelle really did make me not want to leave.. the front office team were also very friendly. Clean hotel friendly staff! I will be returning .

The hotel was fine. Just fine. It's not actually a Hilton (even though you get Hilton points). The averageness of the room was offset by the high level of cleanliness of the room! The averageness of the food was offset by the beautiful pool setting and the wonderful interactions with restaurant and pool staff. The fact that the AC didn't work wasn't awesome (and we were among MANY people who were complaining about this), but we were willing to overlook it. So, why the two stars? The front desk staff and the "gotcha" they spring on you when you arrive. What's the gotcha? You have to pre-pay the full extent of your stay, and apparently there's fine print that says you can't leave early and expect a refund. I was paying for four rooms at this hotel -- for me and some business guests. One business guest said the AC situation was unbearable and asked to change hotels, which of course I approved. The hotel would not give him back his money. I also wound up changing venues, largely for logistics reasons. And was in an endless battle over the refund of my money. They told me to my face that it would be refunded, and then when I left the country, denied it had ever happened. It took much finagling and persistence on my part to get my money back. It's a shame. Because the property is quite nice. The location is kind of perfect! And 99% of the experience was either "it's fine" or "gosh, the people working here are so fun to interact with!" But the ENTIRE experience was soured by this financial exchange at the end. Harbor Club - if you have to trick people into staying through fine print, then maybe you should think about why people are trying to leave and fix that problem instead.

Joel was amazing. He gave great recommendations for food and drinks. He even gave us options for things to do during our stay. The mahi mahi was cooked perfectly and I highly recommend that to anyone who needs help making a decision. Looking forward to trying other items during my stay.

Very nice hotel with good restaurants and pool area.The location was good with the harbour bring only a couple of minutes stroll with more restaurants, overall nothing really negative to say about this hotel .

The people who work at this hotel make the experience - always very kind and welcoming. Arianne was especially helpful on the day we first arrived, and I am so thankful for her! We also loved seeing Dre singing out by the pool most nights, it was a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
