Just left this resort. It has a lot of potential but there are MAJOR issues. Staff is horrendous and I do mean horrendous. Customer service is key but the folks here missed the memo on that. Our interactions with everyone we encountered and I do mean everyone with the exception of our driver, check in staff and housekeeping ranged from dismissive, cavalier, rude, slow as hell, to argumentative. We were not the only group that felt this way. Several people we met here, had the same experience. The staff needs to do better. Resort - Absolutely beautiful but needs maintenance. I believe this place opened in 2017 which is fairly new but you can see where they need cosmetic work. Cracks in the buildings, cabinet doors in rooms that are hanging off, chipped furniture, tub did not work, rusted centerpiece in room table, mildew smelling room. Shutting down the pool in the middle of the day for pool canoeing is silly. That activity should be done in the am. Bars - If you did not ask, you were not going to be served. This goes for the pool side and the regular bar. I have never seem anything like this in my life. Food - Service was ridiculously long with no real explanation as to why, napkins missing at table, sometimes silverware was missing. Buffet was our favorite which is not typical for us. Steak place and Italian were ok. Cabana - the rental price should be the rental price. Charging 20.00 for additional people over a count of 4 is silly especially since people are coming and going throughout the day. Bath towels in rooms were super hard. Get downy please. I will try this brand in another country before I write them off completely.

The management of Royalton arranged for a group of students with special needs to spend a day at the hotel. First of all, 5 stars to the General Manager for doing this, and for personally welcoming the students and spending time with them. The staff were so friendly and supported the students with special needs like they do this everyday! It touched my heart when a guest stepped up and purchased bathing trunks for a boy with autism who had forgotten his. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at a gorgeous and easily accessible facility. The fact that management cares to reach out to vulnerable and marginalized youth speaks well of the heart of Royalton. FULL MARKS!!!

I went with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. The rooms are a decent size and come with a fridge stocked with wine,beer,soda and water. The food was decent in the buffet as well as the restaurants. We had several cabanas one day. The severs went above and beyond. There are several pools. The beach is calm but wear water shoes because is rocky in certain areas. The sports bar stays open late for those looking for something to do after the shows finish. ALI Is the man to see there. He made sure the drinks were never empty.

From the moment we arrived until the day we departed everyone was friendly, happy walked around with a smile on their face. The resort was beautiful. From our apartment the view was amazing, the room was outstanding. Clean and tidy, our bar was always relished on a regular basis, our butler Fabian and Gillane was on point any queries anything we was not happy with they was there to make it right. They always came out to look for us when we was chilling at the beach, we had daily what’s app chats, they where outstanding. So to our butlers we thank you so much for all the service you both provided. To Jefferson, Helon,Hilton, Slim, Tanya, all the staff on the beach working the bar preparing the food it was just amazing. Jefferson was outstanding and also Helon always checking up on us having our drinks ready . I was so Impressed with all of them they went all out . Tanya thank you for sorting out our room and making our holiday extra special. Big thank you for Helen who was in charge of our cabana which we had for the day with our guest , they all said you was outstanding happy go lucky and you made them feel so welcomed and you accommodated each one of them.

We absolutely loved the resort. We had big expectations but they were exceeded. The views and the overall vibes of Royalton Saint Lucia are great, very relaxing and happy. The costumer service and the attention were also very good. We loved our room and had a great time at the resort. The food is great and we loved trying the different restaurants for dinner. Thanks so much to all of the staff and managers of RSL. We will definitely be back!

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort. Was not greeted at check in. No welcome drink. Told them it was my birthday. Received a card in the room with a printed message, not handwritten. And a bottle of wine. Didn’t feel personal or special. Huge roach in my room. Called front desk, no resolution for over an hour. Then right after, the ceiling started leaking from the tub in the room above me. Receptionist (female) had a horrible attitude. No one seemed to be knowledgeable of the activities on the resort.

I really do not understand the negative comments that some guests are leaving? The hotel & staff are amazing & to be honest I can’t single out any of the staff, as they are all can’t do enough for you! Our room is amazing & beautiful views, all the restaurants we have been in so far, the food has been excellent (still here until 16th July) Premium drinks at all bars & cocktails exceptional, Brent at the pool bar is the best at making cocktails. So here’s to another 10 days at this amazing hotel, a big thank you to all staff for such excellent service. Room 4412.

Olivia, my butler was a super star. Extremely attentive and with a genuine care for my wellbeing and happiness. She made my stay very enjoyable- she truly is a remarkable asset to the Royalton team. My birthday was celebrate and I was made to feel so special! :)

The Resort was beautiful! My butlers Marlon and Benjamin were awesome! The only issue was the ladies in the buffet restaurant were rude. My favorite restaurant was the West Indies!! Ribs was great! Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed myself!
