Seconda recensione... Nella prima dichiaravo che sarei senz'altro ritornato, e in effetti rieccomi qui, all'Airone Hotel. Questa volta da solo. Posso confermare l'ottima posizione, e la facilità di parcheggio. Ho provato il ristorante dell'Airone: niente male (anche se potrebbe migliorare), buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, unito al fatto che devo semplicemente uscira dalla camera e prendere l'ascensore, e sono nella sala. La camera è ottima: pulita, moderna, spaziosa. La spa ottima: ho usufruito del servizio di massaggio, professionale e ad un prezzo equo. L'unico aspetto negativo l'accoglienza... Se vogliamo ancora chiamarla così... Avevo anticipato che sarei arrivato in mattimata, ma che volevo solo lasciare le valigie e che sarei ritornato nel pomeriggio: la risposta positiva alla mia richiesta è stata tempestiva, ma quando mi hanno visto arrivare in mattinata erano a dir poco sconvolti... Rileggono le email che scrivono? Tornato nel pomeriggio, le due signore all'accoglienza sono state tutto fuorché accoglienti... Le valigie non erano state portate in camera (costa davvero poco): ero affaticatissimo, e dopo aver sbagliato a turno per tre volte il mio nome mi hanno consegnato il badge senza nemmeno dirmi il numero della camera, e mi hanno lasciato con le valigie nella hall occupandosi d'altro senza neppure chiedermi se avevo bisogno d'aiuto e se ricordavo dov'era l'ascensore. Dunque, accoglienza disastrosa. Lascio perdere altri dettagli... Per fortuna un gentile addetto alla congierge ha 'raddrizzato' la situazione in serata e il giorno successivo, semplicemente dimostrandosi gentile e anticipando un paio di mie richieste... Costa davvero poco. Ma volevo precisare che il problema dell'accoglienza non riguardava tutti gli addetti al front desk: uno ha salvato la categoria... Ritornerò? Sì... Posizione, qualità delle camere, spa etc. decisamente positivi.

Business hotel che ha sicuramente il suo punto di forza nell'aria wellness situata al quarto piano. Molto probabilmente una stella è di troppo anche se onestamente Il rapporto qualità prezzo per quanto abbiamo pagato per una notte in bed and breakfast ci può stare.

L'hotel è bello con un'accoglienza professionale e gentile.Abbiamo soggiornato una notte.La camera era pulita e grande.Il parcheggio privato è a pagamento.Purtroppo sono stata molto delusa dalla colazione che non aveva molta scelta e i dolci non erano buoni e mancavano le pinzette per prendere i cornetti ma il servizio è stato ottimo. un'altra delusione è stata la piccola piscina dove l'acqua era tiepida e quindi non siamo entrati, inoltre non era molto pulita e abbastanza disordinata.Il bagno turco e la sauna erano chiusi in quanto c'è l'orario prestabilito.Gli spogliatoi della Spa sono molto piccoli specialmente gli armadietti e vi è solo una piccola doccia.cmq lo spogliatoio era pulito.

The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help.
A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options.
They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have.
Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively.
I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto.

Accoglienza all'arrivo non particolarmente cortese; stanza piuttosto piccola e non curata (moquette sporca e bagno con evidenti segni del tempo) del tutto soddisfacente, invece, la prima colazione sia per quanto riguarda la qualità che per la cortesia del personale. Posizione piuttosto lontana dal centro storico.
