Jacuzzi was very dirty we couldn’t used , there was pieces of hair all over and it was yellow from not been clean in a while also lots of getto people around very unpleasant stay

I booked a deluxe non smoking king room . But as soon as I opened the door it stunk like smoke. I went back to front desk and he said it was last room he had. He said it was non a non smoking room but there was an ash tray on the table . And multiple electrical outlets didn’t work

We had three people in our party but were only allowed two towels. In order to get more towels, you had to bring the two dirty towels to the front desk to get more.

Bugs and walls. Cigarette burns in blanket, stains of what looked like feces on walls, ceiling paint severely peeling and stwi rd, toilet seat not connected to toilet, linens stained. Door frames partial cracked, front door seemed unsafe for locking. Obser ed this for inly being in room for a couple of minutes. I did not stay the night in the room. I did lose my payment.

Listing for hotel said breakfast included. Breakfast services have been discontinued for some time. The listing is not accurate.
Rooms smelled like cigarettes even though the front desk assured us that the hotel is non-smoking. Sheets and blankets needed a wash.
