First night ..no hot water. Second night found a vibrator in the room , did not belong to us. Disgusted

The property was nice & a good value. The rooms are a bit dated, but nothing was in disrepair - just could use some paint and updating. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable & the shower had good pressure/temp/drained well. The complimentary breakfast was ok, the scrambled eggs were over done, but the sausage was actually quite tasty. We arrived a bit early (1:30) & were told we needed to come back at 3 pm to check in because there were no rooms ready yet, so just make sure you call ahead if you're running ahead of schedule because early check in may not be an option. Overall it was a nice hotel & served the purpose we needed for a weekend get-away- would definitely stay again.

The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Definitely was not happy about that.

The bathroom door was hard to close and open. The hot tub was out of service. Went to take a shower and cold water after 1 minute. Need to fix up the place

Everything was worn down. We were on the first floor and the hallways/ rooms reeked of cigarettes smell on non smoking rooms. They advertised heated pools, pool is not heating the hot tub is out of service. No heat in the pool area, freezing cold and you have to bring down your room towels because no towels down there. The staff was friendly, but other than that will never return. Run down place. The rooms are gross .

I went with my family in hopes to bring my kids swimming in their pool and hot tub. The hot tub was closed (no water and warning tape over the hot tub) and the indoor pool and the pool room was very cold. There was sunlight coming through the ceiling tiles due to cracks thus letting cold air in. They also had no towels and when we called the front desk saying we were at the pool and had no towels, they told us “to come to the front desk for pool towels” and that they would not be bring them to us. The whole place smelled lightly of cigarettes despite having a non smoking room. Breakfast was fine. With that said I will not be going back due to the service and overall experience at this location.

The balcony was a piece of ply-wood.. the indoor pool was cold after being told it was heated to 85degrees. The room it was in was freezing/not heated. Holes in ceiling, hot tub broken not filled. Very disappointed as this was the reason hotel was originally booked.

First Room I was given smelled like cat piss and had beer all over the floor spilled by the bed . Absolutely unacceptable. Got a new room was way better smelled fresh . The ceiling in the bathroom looks terrible water make ceiling tiles expanding. Looks like someone punched a whole in the shower wall and a booger dried up on the bathtub curtain absolutely gross ! The cleaners there need to do a way better job .
