Ho soggiornato in questo residence per 4 mesi completi ed ho testato tutti i tipi di appartamento disponibili. La struttura è ben tenuta, dotata di tutti i comfort che possono servire e in un punto strategico per la distanza dal GRA per lavoro o dalle zone turistiche dei castelli per un viaggio di piacere. Quello che conta peró è la professionalità e l'umanità dello staff! In questi mesi mi è successo di tutto (covid, incidente automibilistico, auto in panne, necessità di ospitare dei parenti per un problema) ed ho sempre trovato pronto e valevole supporto grazie allo staff della struttuta capitanato da Sarah. Ho girato spesso per lavoro e mai mi è capitato di trovare tanta attenzione dalle piccole necessità a quelle piú importanti, ma soprattutto tanta vicinanza e tanta umanità come quello trovata qui al Borgo. In questi 4 mesi mi sono sentito come se fossi a casa nonostante i 700 km che mi ci separavano, tant'è che per la prima volta un po'mi spiace salutare quando passeró alla reception per l'ultimo caffè accompagnato dalle solite divertenti 4 chiacchere. Se ci fosse la 6°stella per la prima volta mi sentirei di metterla, se chiestomi suggerirei agli altri professionisti del settore di farsi un giro qui, per capire come trattare al meglio i propri clienti!
