Would definitely stay again &recommend to others
A super cute B&B. Marco was very kind, personable and professional. The B&B had had some recent renovation and the rooms are super modern with clever lighting, secure doors and air con. The terrace is beautiful for breakfast. We really enjoyed our short stay as part of a longer road trip and the attention to detail was appreciated throughout!

Siamo stati alla Valle dell'Eden per la terza volta dal 2 al 9 luglio 2024 assieme alla nostra nipotina. Tutto perfetto come sempre, dalle meravigliose colazioni all'appartamento. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Posto immerso nel verde con parcheggio gratuito.Il titolare Marco persona meravigliosa,camere moderne funzionali e pulite.Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa.Lo consiglio vivamente posizione a 300 metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro.

Tutti gli spazi sono molto accoglienti, puliti e ordinati. Nel letto materasso e cuscini permettono di poter riposare veramente bene. Si raggiungono spiaggia e centro in pochi passi. Mi sono trovata benissimo. Serenità, accoglienza, disponibilità... ritornerò certamente.

Ambiente semplice e accogliente, camere nuovissime, staff molto cordiale e disponibile, vicinissimo al lungomare e in posizione ideale per escursioni all'interno nei tanti bellissimi borghi nelle vicinanze. Consigliato per chi ama la tranquillità.

Un B&B funzionale vicinissimo al mare e al centro . Marco è un ragazzo sempre disponibile educato e cordiale, colazione soddisfacente con ottime torte preparate da loro. La camera moderna pulita e funzionale dotata di tutti i comfort, consiglio a Marco delle tende piu spesse per evitare la luce del primo mattino. Consiglio la visita al Borgo Antico

Marco è stato davvero disponibile, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ha fatto il possibile per portarci la chiave della camera. Le camere sono moderne e pulite. La colazione ottima e il personale davvero gentile. A due passi dal mare lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottima location, a pochi passi dal centro di Grottammare e con la comodità del parcheggio, finemente arredata e domotica al top, ambiente tranquillo, ma il vero punto di forza è nella disponibilità e gentilezza di Marco, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e prodigo di consigli per vivere al meglio Grottammare e dintorni. Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa da migliorare, sarebbe la colazione, un po' troppo industriale.
