The staff were not engaged and did not react or respond to my request to fix a light that would not go off. Breakfast was appalling.staff were not interested in supplying any service at all.

This hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Second floor (no smoking) smells of smoke and pot. Strobe lights on the beds??? Room floor and walls so dirty. You may be clean from a shower but our clothes smelled of smoke the next day. Staff does not care.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Holes in the ceiling and walls. Door didn’t lock. Beds were uncomfortable.

Wasn't able to stay at the facility. Less than 5 minutes after we checked in we received a call that my wife's father had fallen and we needed to return home. The hotel indicated that they could not cancel the stay, and your site indicated that the location has to approve the cancelling of the stay. Do not like the no cancellation policy and the run around we are receiving.

Very nice Inn. Clean, safe, good appliances; although the fridge was a little noisy. Nice shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast is spartan--only bagels, no butter, no muffins or oatmeal; but the coffee was good. Good value considering the price is much cheaper than most other hotels.
