Great central hotel just a few mins walk from the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Lovely bar.

Great staff and service. Clean and quiet. Nice room but mattress too soft for me. Two elevators and decent restaurant. Very nicely located. Services seemed expensive: taxis, laundry. A laundry of 3 T-shirts, 3 shirts and one pants cost $41.

TV hard to use. No instructions and US channels listed on room card unreachable. WIFI was good but no way to mirror what we could get on our ipad to Tv.

It is a nice clean hotel in a questionable part of town that you can tell is making improvements over time. If you are not used to the culture you may find it an uncomfortable area at night... You can surely feel safe and comfortable inside the hotel.

Service overall is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom is on the smaller side. I do appreciate that they have transportation available at a better price than taxi or uber. Rooms are clean overall and room temperature was comfortable. They do not have fridge in the rooms but they do provide access to put your items in fridge or freezer which is very convenient. I wish they had a microwave as we had several instances were we had left overs but no way of reheating.
