Always stay in RIU when have business travel in GDL

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

It was all good and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

I booked two rooms with deluxe king beds, but the ones provided by the hotel were not deluxe king beds. When I contacted the manager, she was very rude. I showed her the booking information and said she couldn’t read Chinese.

The room is quite large, the bathroom is large, and the wet and dry are separated. The key is that there are two washbasins. There are also free drinks in the room.
