Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Ejecutivo Reviews

The room is neat, clean, large and well-divided. The outdoor view is charming. It was the first time I stayed here after being introduced by a friend. It was very cost-effective, so I moved here. I felt friendly when I checked into the hotel. However, there was a smell when I first entered the room. After I checked in, I couldn't smell it anymore.

The facilities are old, with a swimming pool, average breakfast, and OK value for money. It's a 10-minute walk to Plaza del Sol, where you can shop and exchange pesos.

The hotel environment is very good, very close to EXPO Guadalajara, within walking distance. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and the prices are also good. The room is large and has a separate living room.

The service was very good. The waiters at breakfast were attentive and attentive. The room was a bit old.

Some staff was not helpful at all when I asked if there was a restroom after I came back to get my luggage he stated there was no restroom near lobby! Food was terrible it was free but to me coffee and continental breakfast was good enough , other food served was not good!

We had booked a suite and once we entered the room it smelled like mold. My husband saw mold on the wall. They moved usbto the 2nd room same issue. Finally they moved us to the 3rd room in the new building no smell but just okay. They have to fix the rooms with mold on the old building health hazardous.

Every day we had to ask them to come and unclog the toilet at least once a day, terrible, I will never recommend this hotel.
