La comida no me gusto el buffet tiene los mismos alimentos a diario. Tortilla y más tortilla a diario 😂

I didn't like the food, the buffet has the same foods every day. Omelette and more omelette daily 😂

Todo estuvo perfecto, el servicio y la calidez de los empleados, buenas instalaciones y los alimentos deliciosos. El desayuno incluído en la tarifa me encanta. Hotel tradicional y familiar totalmente recomendado. Gracias por todo. 

Good service and facilities also but restaurant food is not like me because food is very poor in taste as it is based on chilaquiles with eggs daily 😂

Today we arrived at the hotel were 14:55 , but for missing 5 minutes for 15 hours, the check-in time was denied us the room with a very gross and prepotent attitude by two girls receptionists, later and being already almost 3: The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Your staff need some kind of kindness and hospitality because they forget that we guests are their source of work.
