There were many restaurants nearby which was convenient. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

早餐吃不太習慣，墨西哥口味太奇怪了，建議增加水煮蛋選項。頂噴不可拆卸，換氣扇有噪音，可以接受。部分房型無窗，需要和前台提前確認。到處有小費提示，有一點尷尬。整體還是不錯的，周邊有大商場，還有一些餐廳。

Very clean hotel. Breakfast options were great, and the hotel felt safe. Only reason for a 4 instead of a five is that I had continuous issues with the key sensor that unlocked my room. They had a technician come and look at it but it continued to have problems.

It was clean and the location was safe. Great tequila bar in walking distance. I will stay here again. Only small issue was the shower was on the smaller side.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always a smile on everyones face. Most of the staff speaks english. Wonderful breakfast buffet with much to choose from and the wafflemaker was a hit for everyone. I can recommend this hotel to all my friends without hesitation.

The property was nice and great service. However, the bottle gift was a joke. It was a small bottle not a regular wine bottle.

We booked Ejecutivo Express after our preferred hotel down the block filled up. Ejecutivo Express was adequate. We have minor complaints, but would return if necessary . Breakfast is nice and a big plus. The room was immaculate. Our stay was generally quiet. The desk clerk spoke English and was very helpful. Terra Nova reminds us of Beverly Hills. It's a great, safe neighborhood. Cleaning staff removed a cheesecake we saved and failed to replace the water bottles. There was only one bedside outlet, shared with the bedside light. My daughter was kicked off wifi multiple times, which she said was slow but I found to be fine. One of the two keycards did not work, but after three replacement attempts, we gave up. The shower was hot, but a good bit of it escapes the enclosure. Hint: The toilet flush switch is hidden below the shelf, on top. All minor things, but they added up, enough that it will be our second choice. I really looked forward to the rest of that cheesecake.

This was my second stay, I really appreciate the cleaniness throughout. Beds are comfortable, spacious room. Location is perfecf. I feel safe walking to the bakery on the next block over, delicious hot chocolate. make use of the outdoor patio. I highkly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Ejecutivo Express. It was a clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The price was good and free breakfast is a plus. I loved the fresh fruit they provided every morning and the chilaquiles. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we are in Guadalajara.

Front desk told me that Iwas going to get a courtesy gift from ******* but I never received it, plus customer service was very rude!!

Everyone was very friendly, we got offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise. The food options and quality were great. Would definitely stay here again.
