Guadalajara Hotels with Pools

Our 2nd time in the hotel in the past 2 yrs. This time we stayed for 1 night didn't sleep at all due to the street noise until 1 am. They gave us 4th floor where you could hear everything from the busy road. Last time we were in 23rd floor was great. The pillows this time was very small and uncomfortable too. I recommend asking customer which floor they prefer and informing about noise level. Maybe better and bigger pillows should be put in use.

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

Fortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights. The first one, we had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich (which was the priciest sandwich on the menu) and it came with like singles yellow cheese. If you’re going to use that, don’t charge like you’re using real cheese. The next morning, the service at breakfast was terrible. Also, the food took forever and it wasn’t tasty at all. The next day, when we arrived in the afternoon, the card keys weren’t working. I had to go to the lobby where there was a line because apparently everyone in the hotel was having the same problem. They fixed it and later, that same night, it stopped working again. The room was ok and the facilities were clean. So if you can avoid the food, the service and don’t mind a few trips to the lobby to get your card key fixed, this hotel might work for you.

This hotel has great location in the center of Guadalajara. The rooms are clean, bed very comfortable. The bathroom distribution is really good. The A.C is good. At night in the lobby someone plays the piano with romantic music, which it gives a pleasant atmospheria to the place. They do not offer breakfast but it seems they have business connection with a restaurant (you do not need to go outside the building) where you can order a buffet breakfast very good and very reasonable cost. The only drawback is the building's walls seem to be very thin, you can hear people walking on hallway *do not get a room on first floor. They rates are very good. The housekeeping staff really nice ladies!! The roof is quite nice and a good place to chill out.

Hi, 3 Things to improve: -Bigger bottles of water in the room or 2 more bottles. -Faster room service and Bar service. -Better lightning in pool area. Nice facilities an the staff is very kind. Thanks

I love staying at Hotel Isabel every year en route to our family home. You can hire the driver to pick you up from the airport and bring you to the hotel. The hotel is a small hacienda in the middle of the city. I love the atmosphere, tranquil and peaceful. The pool is great to relax, drink a beer and soak in the sun. Having the restaurant on site is amazing, as you can sleep late and just walk over to eat a late breakfast. The chillaquiles are AMAZING! Every employee is courteous, helpful and friendly. I love that there is a secure parking within the hotel. If you want to experience the best of Mexico hotel experience, this is it.

The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are clean and big, but especially the hotel staff are very attentive and friendly, Victor in the restaurant section will help you in every way, even the orders that are not on the menu will come from the kitchen immediately. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Victor. Food at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The location is centralized and right next to the Plaza del Sol, a large open air shopping center. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. At all times we felt the staff cared and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast at the Cafe Urbano was outstanding with a wide array of freshly prepared and delicious food. The service at the Cafe Urbano deserves special mention. We tried the French restaurant and enjoyed it; tasty French bistro style food and good wine. The club level service was very good, with two hours of a very fine wine. We were pleased with the upgrade that we received due to IHG diamond status; the room had a living room and a ridiculous bathroom. Not many cons; the pool is underwhelming and there did not seem to be many guests. All and all, we felt the famous IHG hospitality and recommend.

Hotel breakfast is very rich, many choices! tasty! The rooms and beds are large, the hotel facilities are very complete, the service is attentive, there is a parking lot, and the surrounding environment is very good.
