I would not give any star for this place! Recently stayed there, bad experience! The landlord Ivy is dishonest and all about money! She agreed on doing prorate in September for my stay till mid November, then she decided to charge me daily rate for November! I have already stayed there for over 1 month, now all of a sudden she decide to charge me more! I ended being charged for 180dollars/night (total 540dollars) for the three days I stayed there this November! I moved out, can’t stand dishonest people! Also, this place has very bad WiFi, I have to relogin every day! Sometimes it kicks me off randomly, and sometimes it simply doesn’t work. I can’t even have a smooth webex meeting! I told her about the WiFi situation, she responded: “you're not obligated to use the FREE in-house internet, some tenants get their own WiFi if they choose to not use the in house one.” The bathroom has lots little bugs (cockroaches?) crawling all over! The wall is paper thin, I can hear the next door neighbor talking on the phone in the middle of the night! The elevator is not working! I can barely wash my hands in the sink!
