Top 5-Star Hotels in Gu＇an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. Environment: The hotel is suitable for running and walking, and there are fewer entertainment facilities. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, but the details are not in place. Facilities: relatively complete, but there are still some omissions. Service: OK, call can be quickly responded. 🌸 Insufficient: Check in at around 3 pm, there is a large ashtray and cigarette butts on the balcony that have not been cleaned. There are also disposable underwear that have not been collected. There is no electricity in the electronic scale in the room. The carpet room was not cleaned up. The waiter's business of cleaning the room is not very skilled. The executive bar snacks are sometimes not filled in time. 🌸 Praise: The service front desk reflects the problem and responds very quickly. The hotel is also relatively quiet. The hot springs are unlimited and you can relax. Overall, there is a square not far from eating around.

The room I stayed in this time, one of which was the room in the northwest corner of the entire hotel, so my room had large windows on both walls, west-facing windows and north-facing windows! Because the hotel's gate is also facing west, the parking lot on the ground is also on the west. I came by car and I can see my car from my room. So, my room is not counted as: car view room! From the north window to the distance, the next big intersection to the west is Nanguan Night Market! There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, and there is also an electric bicycle small blue storage point, which is very convenient to travel! There is a Wumart supermarket downstairs and McDonald's! The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich! The hotel also has a restaurant and a small 24-hour gym! Overall, I am very satisfied 👍

I spent three days/nights there and found it all to be satisfactory. The only bit of strangeness was having to leave the building and walk across the parking lot to have breakfast (included)

Location: Very good, close to everywhere Equipment: The rooms are quite good. Although they are a bit old, they are still ok. Hygiene: Pretty clean and tidy, at least no hair or anything Service: The service attitude is very good, especially the room lady, she is better and she gave me 2 extra bottles of water. Restaurant: The restaurant environment is average, not that good, but the variety is okay and the taste is pretty good. It would be nice to have local food specialties.

It's really Orange. The room is very good, the service is very considerate, the microwave and laundry room are fully equipped, I will choose it again in the future

The room is spacious enough, there are some, it is a bit old, but this price is also suitable. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person, eating is also very good, porridge, noodles, milk, several cold dishes and hot dishes taste good. The location is an advantage. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the bicycle park. The next door is KFC. There are many places to eat around.

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, the front desk service is warm, the ring is in the hotel, and I also take the initiative to call and send it by express delivery. It is also convenient to eat around. The bed in the room was very comfortable, the bath water was large, the temperature was very comfortable, and I would stay in the future.

I have never reviewed a hotel before, but I must praise it this time. I am really shocked to have such service and room size at this price. I took my kids to play in Kitano and searched for nearby hotels. The price was less than 300 for the whole season. I thought it would be average. It turned out that everything was in place and the breakfast was very good. It only takes 13 minutes to drive to Kitano. I will stay here again next time I come to Kitano. here!

The front desk service is particularly good. I left one room in the room at night, and then upgraded the room for us. It was very good, parking was convenient, breakfast was good, it was recommended, the room was very clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and there were places to eat downstairs. I highly recommend everyone to stay. Stay here again next time.
