Hotel Suites Corazón Mexicano

We take issue with this hotel because our neice had booked it weeks in advance. She checked twice to see if prepayment was needed, and our nephew in law an additional time, the day before the reservation - on each occasion (three total, including one the day before the reservation) they were told the reservation was secure and to just pay at check in. We booked this solely for transportation convenience - the only noteworthy feature is that there is a grocery store next door. When we arrived, we were told the reservation was unavailable by the same person who told us it was secure, just the day before. They said we should try their other location, where we had already stayed our first leg of the trip. That hotel is more expensive, has no elevator, and is inconvenient transport-wise. It was totally unworkable, so we found another booking at a neighboring hotel. As for the hotel itself, I cannot comment on the rooms, but there is nothing noteworthy about the lobby, and if the lobby is any indication, we probably wouldn’t have been satisfied anyway. One star because of the logistical issues it created for us, and because the same staff member told us we had a reservation the day before, and then told us we did not have one the very next day.

Stayed in room 210 and felt very uncomfortable with a window that was facing a 10+ foot wall. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is surrounded with mom and pop restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and a beauty salon. Property is located approximately 20 minute walking distance from the city center.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was nice, except for one lady in the reception. The fridge is very convenient and so is the supermarket across the parking lot. The massage service was amazing and not too expensive.

Excellent room with great amenities. Service was awesome. Really good pizza joint within walking distance.

It was good value. Close enough to Old Centro to walk, and removed from the congestion.

Just a good experience and I like to visit againg

The staff was amazing in helping me with everything I needed & I am SO thankful for them!

Had trouble sleeping every night heard a horrible noise above our room weird since I was on the 3rd floor.AC worked great but was leaking would create a puddle on the floor.
