Good location

There is no climate control at all, including netting to stop insects from entering if you open the window. They have shared terraces, and will book you in them with an upgrade charge and call them private. Even if you have a pet. There is no space to park unless you have a tiny vehicle. The stoppers to park on the front are always stripped of their rubber, leaving massive metal rods to puncture and destroy your tire! They will tell you park there! If they want to upgrade you to what the claim to be the only private terrace, be prepared for zero privacy since having your single window door open till mean a full frontal view of your entire suite, which will cost twice as much and have zero ventilation. Welcome to hell.

I felt home… not in a hotel, the rooms were big, clean, quiet, unexpensive and the staff was very respectful thank you for that Even my little chihuahua had a lot of fun running around Thinking about going back

Poor service in front desk. Was unable to accept credit card due to no internet access. Weird to ask for cash payment. No interest access in the 3rd floor.

Very clean and comfortable room, and the staff are all pleasant and accommodating. Full breakfast was only $150 pesos, and very tasty. Loved the decor/atmosphere. The only thing I can complain about was the lack of hot water in the sink, but overall my stay was very pleasant.

Unstable Wi-Fi. Run into issues during check-in (credit card service not working).
