Excellent Hotel to stay in while visiting Guanajuato! No bad review to provide, would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great - comfortable hotel, great little heated pool with seating for relaxing, room was very clean and a nice size. My two young kids had plenty of room to play, and the closet area was huge with lots of shelves. Bathroom was very nice, huge shower and hot water every time. Location was great, too, 5-minute walk from most places we wanted to go (Teatro Juarez, funicular, Hidalgo Market). We’d happily stay here again.

I love the hotel. It’s exactly the kind of place I luke to stay. And it was clean. The ambience was perfect. The staff, friendly and helpful. And it was very safe. However, there were a lot of items on the menu that they did not have available to order. That would be the only negative thing I’d have to say.

Didn't try the spa, but the location to everything like attractions and shopping was close.

Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !

Best boutique I stayed in a long time what is very reasonable. Amenities are great! I didn’t get to use the pool. It was more like a dip pool. On site spa which is nice! Location is up the hills form the main street to old town. Less crowded which I love. Light sleeper, Bring ear plugs as weekend street noises could interfere with your sleep. Highly recommended for location. A quick walk to all the landmarks. Don’t forget to check the roof top terrace! Great view!

Property is okay but you can hear everything as the walls are thin. I stayed here with family and people complained that we were supposedly too loud and we were told to keep it down mind you this was still day time. You basically have to whisper

The hotel is very nice and located in an excellent area. The property is well-kept, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace with a great view of the city. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the valet service was always on time and very accommodating, even though the street access is not the easiest. Overall, the hotel has everything needed for a great stay. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by several major issues. First, our air conditioning only worked for one day, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Second, more than 6,000 pesos were taken from our safe during our stay. We immediately notified the front desk, and while they said they would investigate, we received conflicting information. A maintenance employee mentioned entering our room with a manager and cleaning staff to check the A/C, but later we were told that only housekeeping had accessed the room. In the end, there was no clear resolution regarding the missing money. Additionally, our room was connected to another room, and the soundproofing was very poor. We could clearly hear almost every kind of noise from the neighboring guests, which affected our comfort and privacy. We truly liked many aspects of the hotel and believe it could have been an excellent experience, but unfortunately these unresolved issues especially the theft, the A/C problems, and the noise significantly impacted our stay.

Room was comfortable with nice large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, and in a quiet location at back of hotel which also is off noisy main street. Only noise issue was from roof deck bar but it stopped at reasonable hour. Bar did have great views. Very small pool was okay for a quick dip to cool off.
