This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in... When I walked in, a waiter took my luggage and delivered it to the door of my room. The front desk also upgraded my room for free. There are also children's toiletries, white fungus porridge is given in the evening, and drinks and snacks in the refrigerator are free. When I left, I was given a bag of snacks. The room was big and quiet. Hygiene is also very good. Really worth recommending.

The front desk service was warm and the attitude was very good. I didn't book a business bed late. I changed the room to a larger room type. I gave breakfast and slept better at night. The decoration style of the homestay is good. The aesthetics 5 years ago are very good. You can see the mountains and the sunset. It is very comfortable to take a break. The surrounding tea mountains and bamboo forests are particularly beautiful, and the tea room and courtyard view in the hotel are also very artistic.
The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the breakfast prepared is also delicious. The breakfast has no insulation device and is open. This day is cool. Except for porridge, the entrance is basically cold.
The biggest failure in the homestay is a drum shelf. The children are very interested in this. They are all knocking in the morning and evening, breaking the tranquility and peace of the place. The noise is very annoying.

衞生：衞生ok，偶有螞蟻蜘蛛，在山裡可以接受。
環境：環境很贊，休閑很舒服。
服務：看得出每個服務人員都很用心。可能是清明假期顧客暴增的原因，感覺準備不足。聽到服務員説點了11條魚但是衹備了三條😂。我們晚飯點了餐等了好久還沒上菜，小朋友餓的不行了，就退掉，另外買了方便麪泡給小朋友。回到房間大概一小時後，沒想到經理直接把飯菜送到房間了，而且沒收錢，太客氣了。第二天早飯稍微簡單一些，尚可。
整體上看，看得出這家民宿在假期訂單暴增的情況下人手不大夠，但是他們非常理解客户，能從客户的角度想問題，有非常強烈的願望想把服務做好。希望越做越好！

Advantages: 1) The location is on a mountainside far from the city, secluded and comfortable. 2) The environmental facilities are consistent with the promotional pictures, in the bamboo sea, and the scenery is beautiful. 3) The food in the restaurant is good and can be customized according to the requirements of the guests, such as not putting seasonings for children to eat. 4) The uncle of the shuttle bus and the thin waiter in the restaurant are very warm and friendly.
Disadvantages: 1) All rooms and facilities are non-smoking. 2) For guests who need to push a stroller or wheelchair, the road here is basically impossible to push, and the situation of the stone road can be seen in the photo. 3) Guests planning to come in winter pay attention to that all hot spring pools are not open. The shuttle bus to the top of the mountain does not operate. If you need to go to the observation deck on the mountain, you need to walk for half an hour to forty minutes. If you are with the governor and children, you don't have to consider it. 4) The toilet in the room (at least Luchai is like this) is in an open space and there is no isolation door. For specific situations, please see the photos, and you need to consider the degree of intimacy between your residents before you check in. 5) If you need coffee, be sure to bring your own, the room and the entire villa do not provide coffee, there is no takeaway to deliver, the nearest coffee shop needs to drive 20 minutes. 6) If you plan to come in winter, you must find the weather situation and stay for five days, of which four days Guangde has smog. The air quality is not good.

The only drawback is that the quilt fabric is creaky. The room is hot. The air conditioner is not turned on and the windows are fully opened to keep it cool.

I had to use the business card on the front desk to call people one by one. This kind of management is really unprecedented. The so-called front desk reception is an attitude of ”you can stay or not”. We work like this. I called the manager with the number on the business card before. When I checked in, the manager came. I thought he would have a better attitude and explain why I waited so long for check-in. I didn't expect the manager to be even more arrogant. Our hotel is managed like this. If there is no one, you just wait. There is no explanation. You can stay or not. Their hotel is very busy. Oh my god, it's really awesome. The lobby has too strong fragrance. I feel suffocated if I stay for a few more minutes. In the public areas, it is more suitable to be more elegant. After all, it is a new hotel? The room hygiene is OK!
