訂的親子房，一間房有樓上樓下兩個床，樓下的衞生間僅供洗漱，不能洗浴。晚上十點回到酒店，長者孩子都很疲憊了，結果淋浴系統有問題，出水量極小，下龍頭水量集中流出來和成人的小拇指差不多！而且沒有冷水，衹有熱水，且極燙！我母親第一個洗，沒有注意，胸前被燙紅很大一片，最後是拿着小毛巾蘸水簡單擦拭了一下勉強洗完。我去找前台反映情況，才知道當天入住的還有503也是這個情況，前台不答應換房去下面低矮樓層，提建議要我們去同樓層另一間可以正常洗澡的房間洗，於是我家其餘四人，和503入住的客人一起，在502房間排隊，勉強沖了個澡。且502的水量也不大，僅僅衹是有冷水可以調節洗浴而已。這是一家連正常洗浴這種基本設施都不能做好的所謂“酒店”，不建議入住！不建議入住！不建議入住！除非你不需要洗澡，或者你能接受排隊去別的房間和別的客人一起共用一個淋浴間。極差的入住體會！
