Atour Hotels in Guangzhou

Thank God for Atour! What a lifesaver! For the price and service offered, Atour saved my trip to Guangzhou because you need to be careful when booking otehr hotels with similar or slightly cheaper price. Atour is clean, professional and amazing! Thank God for them! 🙏❤️

The service is good. It is only the appearance of the building is unclear. The bed and the pillow was good. The lobby looks little dirty. The room is clean. The hallway of the rooms are little smelly. They need to clean the ciggarettes near the lift more often otherwise it smells the hallway. There is no fridge or small safety box in this room. So we can put our fruits or valuable things inside the room.

The hotel and its staff are generally really accommodating and helpful. They utilise WeChat for you to contact them and responses are very prompt. Things provided such as earbuds , changing of towels and bedsheets are not typical for a four star hotel which is a pleasant surprise. Breakfast variety is also decent. The cons I would say is the location and its surroundings. Not sure if the hotel is new but it doesn’t seem to be fully registered on their maps. Hence if you ride hail, drivers typically drop you at the side of the road and you would have to cross it to get to the hotel. The outside of the hotel is also quite unpleasant, with uneven footpaths and seems dirty. It is walkable to 2 stations but can be quite a distance and In their summer heat can be unbearable. The roads leading to the hotel is also perpetually jammed so always account for extra travelling time if you stay here. A tip is to set pickup location at “CitiGo house” which is 2 min walk away to help escape the traffic. Their tv channels are also all in Chinese/cantonese and no English channels at all. The surroundings do have some food though but they don’t seem enticing. The better food are at the other side of the road so I would suggest staying at that side instead. All in all it was a pleasant stay with an outstanding value for money. Will I stay again? No. But I would consider their other outlet at the sports centre road instead.

This was our 1st time staying in Atours Hotel. We stayed for 4nights and we were impressed with the service provided by the team. Everyone in front desk was sincere, friendly, and helpful. The daily housekeeping does a great job by keeping the room clean and refill the mini-bar and amenities daily. They are thoughtful and gave us a late check out after knowing our flight was at midnight. The room was comfortable and clean with different types of pillow provided. The hotel provide laundry services for free (DIY). The hotel was near to metro Sanyuanli (blue line2) so it is convenient to go anywhere. The only cons will be the limited breakfast options.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was great. From its convenient location to its clean and comfortable rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Guangzhou South Railway Station. I received exceptional service provided by the staff. When they learned that I would be checking out before breakfast was served, they went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't go hungry. They arranged a fresh takeaway bag filled with delicious food to enjoy on the go. Their thoughtfulness and kindness truly made my stay memorable.

Good points and bad points. The hotel is really nice and it’s a new hotel, the shower pressure is really good along with the hair dryer where everything is reliable and good products. They leave fresh fruit everyday which is nice. Bad points really are the staff, they can be really rude and speak no English at all. They even struggle with translator. The room is a little bit small and our fridge didn’t work. However it is good for canton Faire and worth booking, I think if they changed their staff to more professional and had better service they will succeed more.

This hotel provides excellent services. It is cozy and comfortable. The people are very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I brought my mother who is over 87 years old. She needs a wheelchair all time. We lived in ATour Light Hotel for more than 10 days. We are very lucky to have Yaohui, AnAn, Chengji and Yuzi etc. helped. They assisted me to take care of my mother and they specifically adjusted the room for her convenience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciated their assistance. The hotel is at a great location. The room is clean. The breakfast also is great. The transportation/subway is very accessible to every direction. Great people make a great hotel. Thank you so much the ATour Light Hotel. Clean beautiful hotel with excellent and efficient service. All the amenities required, including laundry and gym. Will definitely come again!

Good view when upgraded to wharf facing room. When I didn't pick my food orders, they sent it via a robot to my room without me having to request. Good service as a whole including the reception and house keeping team. The night porridge was a good offer included but it always ran out of stock fast. Hotel need to ensure a kitchen crew is there to observe for top up requirements. We love staying at this quiet and beautiful spacious room with walking distance to main pedestrian street.

Hello my name is Geldon Mesi, I recently stayed at Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel and enjoyed my stay immensely. They say first impressions last and my stay is testament to that. I was welcomed so honourably upon checking in after experiencing such negative reception upon checking in elsewhere. Nothing was too much of an inconvenience for the staff here. They were always so busy and in demand however never seemed overwhelmed or flustered by the experience in fact. They were professional at all times and always with a smile. My last day of my stay was in fact my birthday and when I returned to the hotel at 11pm that evening there was one worker Hu sen who was at the hotel however off shift yet still made such an impressive effort in making my stay so very memorable as we shared great conversation. Amidst conversation I informed him it was my birthday, he then offered his own personal time to escort me around the city given hat I was alone. Not only did he do such an honourable task out of hours he also managed to order me a birthday cake without my knowledge and as soon as I arrived back to my hotel everyone was aware of my birthday and cheered me whilst ha delivering me this cake at 1am. I could not believe such a thoughtful gesture. It just goes to show the humanity that these staff members have towards not only their guests but human beings. I will not forget the worker's name is Hu Sen most memorable kind-hearted gesture, thank you Guangzhou Sanyuanli Atour Hotel.
