Very new hotel nicely designed with orange colour theme. Sofa seat and beds are very comfortable. However they only give half a toilet roll and the toilet paper seems to be rolled back on the core. Provided shampoo, body wash and hand soap

For those wondering how to get to the hotel: - When you get out of arrivals, go up to the 3rd floor (Check in area) and get out of Gate 42. - A shuttle with the hotel's name will come pick you up. It might come every 10 to 15 mins. - I called reception beforehand to let them know that I needed pick up. The receptionist who helped me spoke English fluently. Hotel location is around 12 mins drive away. I didn't think it was that close to T2 but it wasn't too far either. I arrived at around 10.30 pm. Checking in was smooth and easy. Not crowded. The rooms are according to photos. However, I found that the walls were quite thin; I could literally hear and feel every door that closed from outside. I couldn't get to sleep until after 11 when it all settled down. Reception did give me a pair of earplugs so those could've helped. I took their 6 am shuttle bus to the airport the next day. It was too early for breakfast but they provided some packed snacks (a juice box and cakes). Overall, a decent and satisfying airport hotel.

Baiyun airport was a bit chaotic but we managed to communicate with the hotel for our complimentary pick up. We landed at T2 but pick up only available from T1 and T3. We took the train and not the shuttle bus as the traffic at the airport was bad.  We got upgraded to better rooms by the hotel. Thank you for the great service.  We had our dinner at a nearby restaurant. The roast meat are yummy especially the roast goose.
