Only 1 out of 4 rooms I booked was available when I checked in at 5PM, 2 hours past the original check in time. Front desk had to scramble for another 30 min in order to get our rooms ready. No late check out was available so I paid in full but the hotel didn't allow me to stay there in full. What's the logic to that? Conrad bear wasn't available anymore and my 7 year old daughter was very disappointed. Then the hotel allowed a celebration party to go on till midnight on the 6th floor outdoor area. We stayed on the 10th floor above it and the whole family could not rest till after midnight. I regretted to book 4 rooms there and I stayed there for another night. I would be happy to stay anywhere else if I knew that would happen. 30 years of travel this was one of my worse stay. Will never ever stay in Conrad ever again
