This hotel is really great! The service attitude is very good! The environment is nice and the price is very affordable! The room is very soundproofed and the pillows and bedding are very comfortable! The WiFi is fast and the password is on the bedside, very thoughtful! The air conditioner has fast cooling speed, the shower room separates dry and wet areas, and the water comes out very quickly! The lady at the front desk is very friendly! By the way, the scented tea and sugar in the lobby are delicious, you can try them!

Hotel was pretty easy to find, I believe it’s new so it’s very clean and well decorated. I just needed to spend one night in the city so it was a perfect stay for that. The room wasn’t too big but was very clean and it looked so new. Everything about it was lovely. The staff are also very kind and helpful, one of them was near the elevator to guide me when I couldn’t find my room lol. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a 200rmb deposit for small rooms which must be paid on sight and refunded on checkout and the rooms are pretty old school.

I took my kids to the zoo and looked around on various platforms for a long time. After comprehensive comparison, I chose this store with the best value for money. First of all, it is newly opened and has free parking. It is very close to the zoo and can be reached on foot. Although the room has no windows, it is new enough and has complete facilities. It can basically meet travel needs. The environment is also very good. There is no odor in the room. The space is not too big and the sound insulation is OK. The front desk reception service is warm and the attitude is very good!

overall a good hotel close to the train station. Kind of end of a road, so quiet place. I was worried when entered the room as facing rail tracks. Still probably are just tracks not used, as did not hear any train at all during my staying! Positive!

The facilities here are good. The hygiene is also very good. The room is clean. It's very OK. The service attitude is the best. Takeaways are delivered by robots without having to go down to get them yourself. The ceiling is lazy. There is food at the door. You don't have to walk far. I will definitely come to this restaurant next time 👍🏻

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
