The room was on a very high floor with an unbeatable view. It was also very spacious, and the two single beds were comfortable. There's a bathtub where you can relax and watch TV. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The hotel service was also incredibly warm and attentive; the gentleman who checked me in was very professional and excellent. The hotel's location is also very close to Beijing Road, making it convenient for getting around.

Our hotel stay was incredibly comfortable. Ginny called us beforehand to understand our accommodation needs, showing great attention to detail and even informing us of the hotel's parking location in advance. The room arrangement was also very comfortable, and the room itself was clean and tidy, with fantastic views close to the park! It has a restaurant, a pool, and a gym, with all sorts of facilities available, and the internet was smooth. It's a really great hotel in the Huangpu area, I highly recommend it! 👍

Our stay this time far exceeded expectations. I'd communicated with the hotel beforehand about my girlfriend's birthday, and they thoughtfully arranged birthday decorations and even provided a small cake. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and upgraded our room type, which instantly enhanced our experience. The classic DoubleTree warm cookie was also a welcome treat, adding a nice touch as soon as we arrived. In the evening, we tried the hotel's buffet dinner, and since it was my birthday, I even got a complimentary meal – excellent value for money. What surprised me most was that the cake was originally delivered to the restaurant, but because we were too full, the staff proactively repacked it and sent it back to our room. The attention to detail was truly impressive! Overall, you can feel that the hotel places great importance on guests celebrating birthdays, and the service was very considerate. It was a wonderful birthday experience, and we'll definitely come back if we have the chance!
