Just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, this serviced apartment has a unique layout with two queen sized beds in a loft concept. Big enough and comfortable for a family of four to travel together. However, it would be a little inconvenient for foreigners to get into the lift lobby as there’s a gentry one would need to go through but the room card won’t work. Other than that I had a pleasant stay at this place.

The location was perfect, I live in Shenzhen, and i always go to Guangzhou in the morning and go back to Shenzhen on the evening, for the first time i stayed there for a week and I'm glad i've chosen this apartment, My family came to China for a visit, renting in a hotel can be pricy, we needed a spacious place, the location was perfect, the house was clean and had everything needed for a family, the internet was a little bit slow, but it wasn't a huge problem, i would definitely recommend it, and book again here in the future!

The location is good. I searched for a long time before my family took a short trip to Guangzhou, and finally found a rare three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for taking care of.
The decoration is fashionable, and the open kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, cups and other supplies, making it convenient for everyone to have a late night snack. Hygiene is good, but facility maintenance needs to be strengthened.
The front desk was very kind and allowed us to delay check-out until 3pm.
Overall a nice little travel experience.

clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

The Victoria is a lovely hotel, and excellent value. They are redecorating rooms and doing an amazing job. My stay was very comfortable, the look is very clean, modern, soft pleasant colors, great furniture features, innovative design, and very comfortable bed.
The layout of switches and electrical outlets are well considered for the convenience of the traveler. Everything was easy to access, not overly complicated.
The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. The hotel has some interesting amenities in the building, starting with an in lobby Starbucks. There is a nice dining room restaurant, a foot massage, and spa. You don’t have to go out of the building for good services ,but the hotel is located in an area with a lot of places to visit just outside the door.

Booked a duplex loft (bed for 4) for a family holiday and am pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness of the room. There's housekeeping everyday too just in case it's not mentioned anywhere. I was a bit apprehensive at first because there were negative reviews about the hygiene of the room but it turned out to be perfectly fine in the end. No problem with a late check in (3am) as there's 24 hours front desk service. Hotel staff are helpful too. Take note that the taxi won't drop you off right in front of the building, you need to make a 20m walk to reach the lobby. Location was superb with a 5 min walk to reach the local metro and it's also near the big malls like TianHe and Grandview malls. For joggers looking for a motning jog, it's also beside a local park, Zhu Jiang park! Overall, definitely a pleasant stay at this apartment hotel.

This hotel provides excellent services. It is cozy and comfortable. The people are very helpful, kind, polite and professional. I brought my mother who is over 87 years old. She needs a wheelchair all time. We lived in ATour Light Hotel for more than 10 days. We are very lucky to have Yaohui, AnAn, Chengji and Yuzi etc. helped. They assisted me to take care of my mother and they specifically adjusted the room for her convenience. I am very thankful and greatly appreciated their assistance. The hotel is at a great location. This is a great hotel in the middle of Guangzhou. It was clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. It pretty much looks like the picture. The staff does not speak English, but they were friendly. I added their wechat and communication was easy. A few things to clear up. The hotel IS easy to find. I almost did not take this hotel, because everybody said it was difficult to find. You can see it from the Main Street. Yes, taxi won’t go directly to the hotel unless you specifically request. But from the main road to the hotel is literally 10 seconds haha. I do have one complaint. I selected a room with a refrigerator because I like my drinks cold. But the refrigerator didn’t work. From what I understand non of the refrigerators worked. I paid extra for it. And the view was of a side of a building. But besides that., it was a great hotel. If I decide to come to GZ again, I will be staying here.

From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable.
Arrival and Check-in:
Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

WwilsonwuVery nice resort, especially if you travel during off peak season. The resort has its own lake and countless water activities, onsens, water sports etc etc, both indoor and outdoor. Most stuff are very friendly, special thanks to our butler Lisa, also restaurant manager Mr. Li. Both have been very helpful.
We stayed in a tree house, the amenities are new, kids enjoy their stays there a lot. It comes with slide from 2nd floor down, also a climbing net in the house. We saw some bigger tree house with one even has a carousel… amazing.
We tried a short helicopter trip too, with reasonable price. Quite fun.
Some areas to improve, although they have villas and tree houses, the privacy isn’t quite there. You will still see and be seen by your neighbours for example when using private onsen. Not a big problem for us though.
Overall very good experience, we plan to come back again. With so many activities, 2 nights are really too short. 3-5 nights you won't get bored here.

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
