Overall it was good, but when we entered the room we found that the water had been turned on and the bathroom door design was unreasonable. They immediately refilled the water for us. Although there were other facilities (of the former hotel name), overall it was very cost-effective in Guangzhou.

The first time I stayed at the hotel, the experience was very good. The location was on the side of Guanghua Road. It was very close to Jiahe Wanggang subway station and Baiyun Airport. There was a high-speed intersection in front. It took half an hour from the airport. There was free parking at the door but parking spaces were limited. The front desk service was also very good. Check in soon, the elevator has to swipe the card to get to the hotel. It feels very safe. I like the style of the room very much. It is very light and simple. It is also hygienic. It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is good and cheap. There is a big supermarket next to it. And snack street, recommended to stay [love] [love]

I have stayed at Atour in different cities many times, and this is the most comfortable Atour experience🥹The lobby is very clean and warm, smells good, and the design is beautiful and good! The guys and girls are kind and warm, serve with smiles, and there are many books to borrow.
The gym 🐮🍺 also has a gantry! Dumbbells, treadmills, bicycles, yoga blocks, yoga mats, and elastic bands are really nice details. Water and towels are also available.
The room is huge! It's bigger than other Atour hotels I've stayed at. The large windows are very open and comfortable. The hygiene is not to mention. I am a picky woman and didn't find anything wrong with it. The cotton seed bedding is quite comfortable! The laundry service is also great, washing and drying are delivered to the room. The most popular one is the deep sleep pillow. When I woke up the next day, I immediately placed an order for the full price and took one home hahahaha
Eat🍽️Breakfast is rich, including Chinese and Western dishes, fruit salads, freshly cooked wonton noodles, freshly fried egg sausages, and a coffee machine! It’s also very stable☕️There is porridge and snacks for late night snacks

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
