The location is pretty good. Although there is a subway passing downstairs, it is still very quiet. There are places to eat opposite. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the subway station. It is suitable for business trips. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is quite new, the room size is good, double-layer soundproof windows. Seeing that children with children will take the initiative to send children's slippers and dental appliances to the room.
The only problem is that the air conditioner is not cool enough. It is about 20 degrees and 26 degrees all night. The room temperature does not come all night. The maximum air volume is a bit noisy.

As a business person who often travels on business, I have to say that this stay experience is simply amazing! Must give 5 stars! First of all, it is worth mentioning that the design of this hotel is really great, both modern and warm, and every detail makes people feel very comfortable.
The hotel environment is also very well done. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the entire design style. It can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into the decoration. Various decorations are super creative, especially the flower art. It is really rare to see so many flower art decorations in other hotels, and almost every one is different, which adds a lot of beauty to the hotel!
In terms of hygiene, I want to give a thumbs up to the hotel! From the lobby to the room, to the public area, they are all cleaned spotlessly. The sheets and quilts are as white as snow, and the bathroom is also clean and reassuring.
In terms of service, the hotel staff are really great! They are friendly and smiling, and they provide us with thoughtful service whether checking in or checking out. If there is any need, they will try their best to meet it, which makes me feel very considerate.

Wanda Hotel is located in Zengcheng District. It is a bit far from Guangzhou. It takes an hour and a half to get to the city. The good thing is that you can upgrade your room type when you arrive. Because it is still too far away, not many people stay here.
The only thing to complain about is that the front desk staff is too unprofessional. First, the check-in and check-out are very slow when there are many people. Second, when we issued invoices for four people, three of them got it wrong. I don’t know how the front desk was trained.

Large and quiet room, good location as it’s not far from the lake. There is a restaurant down below. Check in/out was smooth. Had a problem with the tv/internet not working, they did quickly take care of the problem and got it working. However the tv brightness was so dark you can even tell who is who in most movies. It made it really difficult to watch anything at all, and they said they could not fix that problem. The window has no latch to keep the window sealed shut, therefore it’s got a small gap and the AC cannot keep the room cold. We woke up sweating. The hotel is nice and spacious but it’s old and it needs improvements. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Shower drained well. Free parking is nice too 👍🏻

OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

AAnonymous UserPerfect location, just that for the foreign tourist do not have China phone is difficult to contact and know which floor (18th floor after get to know from the guard) to go for check-in.
Lift waiting is quite long.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
