It is close to the Science Center and has been open for a long time. I was hesitant when booking. Later, I saw that it was so affordable in Guangzhou, only more than 200 yuan, and parking was convenient, so I finally booked two nights. Because there was a lot of hair in the previous hotel, I was not surprised to see a lot of hair on the bathroom countertop and the floor here. I put down my things and cleaned them up immediately. Because it has been open for a long time, although there are carpets, they are very old, and the tables and cabinets are the same. This is expected. The shower head is old and a little small, but it is okay for bathing. The water is soft and the water volume is large. It is good to bend down to wash my long hair.

The room I booked is spacious. The most important thing is that the TV is not limited. It is clear and has many stations. The bathroom facilities are good. Although the price does not include breakfast, there is a tea house downstairs (pay attention to the tea room charge when choosing a seat). In terms of transportation, although it is not close to the subway and bus station, there is a taxi at the door. In summary, the hotel room is worth the money.

I have stayed in the North Pavilion of the University City for so many times, this time I am the most satisfied. The environment is great, clean and hygienic, the room lighting is also very tonal, the window TV and the air conditioner are smart. The entrance of the store is full of lights at night, which is really Chinese style and great.

I stayed here during a school holiday nearby. I was about to check out before I remembered to take some photos for evaluation. The boss was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to, and he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The room was very clean and tidy, and we liked the style. It was very comfortable to stay. The air conditioner leaked a little the next day, and the boss immediately asked someone to fix it. Although it's in an alley, it's not difficult to find. Just outside is Beiting Village, where there are many snack stalls, milk tea shops, and barbecue restaurants. It's very close to Guangdong and China Normal University. Very cost-effective, recommended!

I took a photo when I left. I came to take the exam in the university town, opposite Sun Yat-sen University. The transportation and dining are very convenient. There are all kinds of food downstairs. It is clean and soundproof. You can have a good rest if you stay here during the exam.

Not bad for the price. Some of the details noticed where that the bed looked unfinished when first entered the room and water on the shower stays in the floor around the toilet which makes it very inconvenient. The alley outside the hotel looks a little sketchy but besides that the location is ok, near canton tower and accesible. Receptionist was kind and could speak english which made it easier.

I was a little worried after seeing a lot of bad reviews online before I made the decision. I actually felt okay when I checked in. There are indeed shortcomings. I would give them a 4 out of 50 overall rating.
Advantages: The room is clean and the place is quite big. You can use your mobile phone to cast the projection. It's fun to watch 5ds at night. The service is also very good and patient. There is heating but it is an electric heater. There is a residential area nearby. Shopping is very convenient and the subway station is also there. Very close.
The shortcomings are that the goods are not exactly right. The actual store name is different from the name registered online. The sound insulation is not very good. I am woken up by the chat next door at night.

The room is large, well-equipped, and the dry and wet areas are completely separated. The sanitation is also very good, and there are no stains on the room or the bedding. There is a small parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is a little far from the subway station, about 1 km. The service attitude is very good, from a cup of thirst-quenching juice at the door to the kitchen staff willing to help cut coconuts. The design of a bowl of noodles at midnight is also great. Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

The room itself surpassed my expectations. The cleanliness, modern decor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

Same goes with watching the airplanes take-off and landing, not a sound at all. The shuttle service is number 1 for personalized service. It is worth staying at, with a bus stop on the road virtually directly out front, great eateries next door as well.

GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. Quiet surroundings at 25min from Kanton Fair area. Free shuttle bus, very punctual.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location. It is within a reasonable distance from Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and Chen Clan Ancestral Hall. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk and 7 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel actually occupies three floors of a residential building. The room is really not flattering. There is a bed as soon as you open the door. There is only one bed in the whole room. Two people can only sleep on the bed in the room. There is no place to put it in the room. The toilet is small and pitiful. One person can't take a shower and the other person can't use the toilet. . This is the smallest room I have ever booked on Ctrip. The order indicates that there are windows, but there are no windows, and the area is definitely not 20 square meters. Won’t book again, poor experience

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
