The hotel is just perfect! Everything is clean and smells really good! The stuff if kind, helpful and some of them speak English which helps a lot if you are w foreigner. Breakfast is really great: full of choices both Chinese and Western food! My favourite thing about this hotel is that it allows the pets to live with you so you can feel home! The hotel offers some pets goods included in the “pet fee”. The policy for pets is very reasonable- show the certificates that pets were vaccinated against rabies. As a cats owner I really appreciate it, we want to travel to the safe place where other pets can’t spread any diseases. The stuff is very considerate when it comes to cleaning pet owners rooms. I also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool! Really recommend this place!

Spacious canteen, 10 out of 10 for buffet breakfast with toast, yogurts, Chinese and western foods, dimsum, noodles, sausages and bacon, salads and fruits all thrown in one. There was a simple 2pm to 4pm high tea with tiny sarnies, spring rolls, and cakes and to throw it all into one package, it came with a 24 unlimited drinking bar for Tea's, coffee and milk (no sodas) Kids were at the drink bar all day long, too. Had a tiny arcade machine, internet access, with a iMac for use, and a printer too. Oh, yeah! Reminder that Whatsapp, FB and YT doesn't work over there. Go visit the nearby Waterpark instead!

Here I would like to thank the staff: Zou Shanghai I returned to the hotel at 00:30 on the 18th. On the way back to the hotel, I had a disagreement with the private car driver. In order to reduce unnecessary trouble, I did not speak. After getting off the car, I did not want to get too entangled and went straight into the hotel. Unexpectedly, the driver got off the car and chased me out! In fact, as a girl who travels alone for business all year round, I was also panicked and hurried to the elevator. When I walked to the elevator and looked back, the hotel security had stopped the driver at the door of the hotel. I hurried upstairs to the room and calmed down, and felt the full sense of security that the hotel gave me. Looking back, the moment I panicked and looked at Zou Shanghai in the lobby, he quickly realized the safety hazard and went to the gate to stop the driver from getting off the car to enter the hotel. The next day, I went to the front desk to ask the staff who helped me yesterday. I am very grateful for his sense of responsibility, his keenness, and his standing up. Of course, I also discovered the Hilton Garden Inn by accident. The hotel's small details of life are very well done. It is very suitable for business travelers and families who stay in the hotel for 5-10 days. It has a small kitchen workbench, and you can simply use the microwave to heat up the food. The service is very meticulous. Summer, the front desk staff, is warm and friendly, and the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and fast. The room service is also timely, and any needs can be responded to quickly. The hotel's restaurant provides a rich and diverse range of delicious food. In short, this hotel is excellent in both hardware facilities and software services, and it is highly recommended to everyone!
