Hot spring Hotels in Guangzhou

The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Jason and Matthew were outstaning and their English was really good. Their Customer service was 10 out of 10, would recommend staying here

This is the second time I stayed at Forest Sea Hotel. I am very satisfied with the hotel service, environment, and facilities, especially Alin, the lobby manager. When I booked the hotel, there were some details that I didn’t understand. When we encountered trouble, the manager ALin came forward to help us solve the problem enthusiastically, with an attitude. Very kind, considerate service, let our family feel like home ~ take the children to leave good memories ~ can't help but look forward to the next time!

Excellent service by the receptionist from check in to check out. Thanks for the late check out priority provided. Got a pleasant and comfortable rest. Spacious, big, clean and comfortable room. Welcome fruits - oranges, apples. Excellent buffet breakfast with a great variety of western and Chinese dishes. Various types of hotspring pools - coffee, wine, tea pool... Cucumber mask, free flow of fanta drinks, water and tea. One of the best holiday escape ever!! Will recommend to my friends and family and come again in future!!

I hurriedly booked it just before the May Day holiday. I looked at many hot spring hotels before, and they all increased the price during the holiday. Zhuosidao was acceptable after the price increase. The overall environment is good. In the environment of Liuxi Hot Spring, the natural environment is beyond reproach. The ecological environment is beautiful and the negative oxygen ion content is high. It is very suitable for vacation and health care☺️ The hotel environment is high-end and comfortable, and the decoration style makes people feel quite sophisticated. The hotel room is very comfortable. The rest area and the dressing area are reasonably divided. The smart toilet in the bathroom is great 👍 Especially the intestinal hydrotherapy feels indescribably comfortable 😂 We live in a room on the 5th floor of Area A. The balcony faces the water park, but it doesn’t feel noisy. The soundproofing of the room is OK, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The welcome fruit was not delivered before check-in, but was brought over after we checked in when we went to the hot spring, which is not good. The hot spring area is not very large, slightly smaller than several brands next to it, and one or two pools are under repair. Are there a lot of pools in the high temperature area? Compared with the number of pools in the entire hot spring area, there are a few pools for children to soak in. In addition, several pools are a bit shabby and the business needs to maintain them well. Each pool has a water temperature reminder, which is good. The wooden pillows in the thermal therapy area are uncomfortable no matter how you lie, but the other hot pit is much more comfortable. The environment of the dressing area is very good, clean and tidy. You can eat some fruit biscuits and porridge in the rest area, which is quite satisfactory. What I want to complain about is the children's activity area, which is a very small room, a very small wave pool, and a mini slide. There are very few choices for children to play 😓😓😓 Then what KTV is told to charge money, what a strange logic? Then there are no common facilities such as billiards and table tennis... This really needs to be complained about 😤😤😤 and the fitness room is placed in the rest area, what a strange logic, I don't understand. The variety of breakfast is very rich, both the elderly and children like it very much, and the taste is not bad, which is worth recommending. The poached egg is runny, which is great! The fried dough sticks were not fresh and were just average. The coffee was not very good, there was no difference between the gourmet and espresso, and the speed was a bit slow, resulting in a long queue. As for other food, it was good, and the breakfast tasted good in general 😋😋😋 In general, Zhuosidao is OK for a simple rest, and it is worth recommending, but if you want more abundant activity facilities, this is nothing, this is a disadvantage.

The hot springs are perfect, the rooms are huge, and excellent value for money! Perfect for a weekend break with friends or alone. Spent the whole time moving between the pool, the springs, and the room to relax. Everything you need in one place. Unfortunately the food is awful... and the drinks are basic... but the rooms have big fridges, so take your own supplies!

Good environment! Hot spring is good! good service! I had a perfect vacation here and it’s a place worth coming back to! I soaked in various hot springs, and also experienced steaming, kissing fish ponds and other projects. While soaking in the hot springs, you can look at the green trees and bask in the sun. The environment is excellent. Public hot spring areas are equipped with dry towels, ginger tea, and scented tea. The staff's service attitude is very good. They can call a sightseeing car to take us to have breakfast and soak in hot springs at any time. Thank you Lin Huoying, Cai Xiuqing, and Pan Xuexiang for their enthusiastic service. The overall service level is very high. Really relaxed here, highly recommended!

I rarely comment. I just went to Dipai Hot Spring on New Year's Day. I have also been to Yunding Hot Spring and Shuidishan Hot Spring before. If you want to compare, you can have your say. Let me talk about it first. The room is big enough, the bedding is good, there are many and large balconies, the private bath is outdoors, the space and view are good. The battery car driver has a good service attitude and is always available. When checking out, the tall beauty at the front desk smiled and took the initiative to take the card with her hands. It felt professional and comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. Check-in: The hotel does not have a lobby and is a villa area. For a Ctrip order that was paid after leaving the store (deducted automatically), the front desk actually said that the system found that it required cash payment. I showed my Ctrip order. After taking pictures at the front desk, I first consulted my colleagues and said no, and then went in to ask the leader for instructions. When I came out, X always said no, and I had to pay cash at the front desk. I was speechless and asked her to check with Ctrip. After waiting for a while, she came over and told me that she had already asked Ctrip, but she still had to pay cash at the front desk. I was immediately confused, so I called Ctrip’s customer service number on the spot. After explaining the situation, the customer service asked me to wait online. She communicated with the hotel directly on the phone. After the front desk answered the customer service call, she agreed that I could stay first and pay later. (This is the first time a 5-star hotel has cooperated with Ctrip???) 2. Hotel restaurant: After getting the room card, the front desk said that the room was not ready yet, so it was recommended to go to the restaurant on the second floor to eat first. Going up to the second floor, apart from the wedding banquet, there were three tables for individual guests including us. The food was served half an hour after ordering, and the portions were small. The bill for two meat dishes and one vegetarian dish was RMB 296, which is a bit expensive. The tea fee of RMB 8 per person was normal, and there was an additional 15% service charge. I would like to praise the restaurant of Dipai Hot Spring. The food is served quickly when there are many customers. The service is good and the taste is good. Three meat dishes and one vegetarian dish at noon are 188 yuan. Three meat dishes and one vegetable dish at night are about 230 yuan. Because one dish was served slowly, the waiter took the initiative to give a discount. We were billed at 188. 3. Room. Before booking, I saw a family triple room with 2 beds. Only one was taken in the picture. So I called the front desk to ask if there was a partition between the two beds in this family room. The front desk clearly replied that there was a wall separating the two beds. When I checked in, I found that the two beds were next to each other (it was inconvenient to have elders together), so I went to the front desk to communicate. The front desk reported that this was the room type I had booked, with separate beds, but there was an additional price of 300. I was completely confused and didn't want to get entangled. After communicating, I changed rooms for ➕200. The room supplies are very poor, at the level of a fast hotel. The shampoo and shower gel come in a box, and there are no disposable slippers and handbags. 4. There are very few hot spring pools in the public area, only about 10. Towels are not provided inside. When receiving the key, each person is given two towels to bring in. There is no traditional Chinese medicine pool, vinegar pool, or fish therapy pool in the soaking pool. It is just an ordinary pool without a stone bed. There is only boiled water beside the soaking pool. 5. Breakfast is of average variety, not as rich as other five-star hotels, but the cooked noodles are pretty good. 6. Interlude: The room was not packed in the afternoon, so we informed the front desk that we put our suitcases in the room and went to the public area to soak in the hot springs. When we came back at 5 o'clock, we found that the suitcases had been put away by the cleaning staff. I communicated on the phone that it was locked in the negative 1 tool room, but no one had delivered it until 6:30. I decided to go out for dinner first. It was past 9 o'clock when I got back from dinner, and the box hadn't been delivered yet. After a whole QQ call, it was sent after another call to urge me, saying that I was too busy. Summary: The experience is very average, not a five-star hotel, at best a high-end B&B. The service attitude is very good, but the service results are not good. It is also suitable for company team building or those who like to have private baths. Friends from Shenzhen should go to Huizhou.

It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!
