The hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly. They accept Visa cards and they are welcoming of foreigners. The rooms are cleaned daily by housekeeping and things are kept in order. The beds are so comfortable and clean, no smoking smells etc. Environment is okay too, convenient to move around and location is good . When I wanted to extend my stay, they were welcoming with it, just wish they’d returned the difference since my booking was for a king deluxe room but I stayed in a cozy queen

The hotel is located next to Guangzhou Train Station, but I personally didn't find the location ideal. There are no stores nearby for late-night snacks, only a shop selling local food that didn’t seem very hygienic. Traveling in China with Didi is very convenient, so unless you prefer taking the metro or staying close to Guangzhou Station, the location wasn't great for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was just okay. During my 5+ day stay, they mainly replenished supplies and made the bed. The table and sofa had food crumbs from previous guests, the bedsheets were dusty, and the sofa was dirty. The breakfast was disappointing as well. The only thing I liked was the washing machine and dryer provided for guests.

Breakfast buffet options were quite a variety.
The free flow drinks near the lifts were good.
Location was excellent, walking distance to the metro and railway stations. The noise from the passing trains was bearable and we slept well for the 4 nights there.
The services could be improved.
1. The telephone in our room was not always in use, e.g. we had trouble reaching the front desk for a missing hairdryer. On our last day, it kept on ringing but nobody was on the other end. It was so annoying.
2. When our toilet bowl was choked, the serviceman came in and started blaming. He sounded as if we choked it purposefully. And then he left the wet floor there and left the room without saying a word. He didn't come back to clean up until I went over to request for it.
