Hotel let us check in early around 10 something AM which is great, room with high ceiling with nice decor, very clean and classic, only thing is too crowded in the morning breakfast, not so enjoyable, indoor swimming pool is great even in winter, we bought swimming wear for unexpected fun.

An excellent place to stay. Very close to subway station makes your commute rather easy. Having a shuttle bus during the Canton Fair was really convenient and it takes 30 minutes to get there

Exellent place to stay. Scenic beauty and metro very nearby for commute to the city. Big spread on breakfast and dinner. Good pool to get that fresh feel after the swim and the staffs are very friendly. Canton fair shuttle bus from hotel which was very helpfull.

Nice hotel in a location of Guangzhou. You can walk easily to metro station in front of the hotel. Their staff can also speak english.

1) They don’t give Marriott points if you’ve booked through trip.com
2) The food is terrible. It made us sick.
3) The staff conned us while booking taxis. They would make us pay them extra (a taxi driver told us we were tricked right after we paid to the staff member who had booked our taxi) or book a conman where we were charged 3x the usual amount.
4) The staff isn’t organised. I had to spend so much time locating my couriers that were delivered to the hotel. Many times they just said they’ve not received anything.

We have waited 1 hour for checkin. Canton fair shuttle service was a disaster. We waited 1 hour in front of the hotel for Canton fair. There was no explanation about why we wait. Organization skills is zero. This hotel tired us so much. I don’t suggest if you are coming for Canton fair.

Very good hotel but is location is far away to city centre
