Upgraded to a higher level room that was available with just a top up of 10rmb. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Enjoyed the dumplings, and century egg and pork porridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave a complimentary bottle of water, and assisted in arranging didi to the railway station on my behalf upon request. Thank you for the hospitality, and will be back next time!

The room is small but enough and well planned. Very modern look and nice TV. The only thing i didnt like was the toilet sink being outside of the toilet and right at the door. Also for westerner the choices for breakfast was very limited, its mainly noodles and porridge, wish there were more choices such as sausages bacons hashbrown etc. but overall good hotel and will definitely come back.

Customers service and the room service are satisfied. All the staffs can provide a good advice for the whole trip !

We love staying in this hotel. The hotel is very near to Chimelong Safari and Circus (you can walk in via a gate near to the hotel). There is also a night market 10mins drive from the hotel. Nearby there are also eateries and supermarkets. The hotel staff are very approachable. My shoe sole dropped off and they even help to find super glue for me! Also very clean. I also like the Robot Waiter. The only shortcoming is that the room is small and you would not have walking space if you have several 29inch luggage. Overall, was a good stay.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is very close to the scenic spot. If you have enough time, you can hike to the south gate of Chimelong Wildlife Park. The staff are attentive and will proactively provide help. Any problems will be solved promptly without waiting. Will come again if I have the chance.

The room is clean and tidy, but the room with two beds in Tathagata does not have a refrigerator. You can only put drinks in reception The room space is a bit insufficient

The environment is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, and there is free iced sweet water available at any time. What's very nice is that it is very convenient to go to Chimelong. There is a small door next to it that leads to the Panda Hotel. You can take a shuttle bus to the park quickly and save time. It is also very convenient to walk through the Panda Hotel back to the hotel after watching the big circus in the evening!
