I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The location was decent, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, a good experience.

The bed is not clean. My leg get bite by something.

Awesome hotel, free washing and dryer service 24hrs, able to check washing machine availability from hotel room TV. If there are too many people queueing for washing machines, the counter staff helps to send your clothes for wash and drying too.

Good location, front desk service satisfactory. The hotel lobby is in the 5th floor. Lift is shared with offices and a restaurant in the 3rd floor which is quite busy during peak hour. Room design is nice and there is an AI box where you can use voice command (in Chinese ) to open and close curtain, lighting, air con, play music etc. Street outside the hotel is very busy with traffic with many e-bike and bicycle riding very fast and and against traffic flow on road and on pedestrian walkway.

location is perfect and easily go to shopping areas nearby and also to wholesale shopping areas. food is available nearby and very convenient. easy to go to airport.

Second time visit all season. Located at 北京路。
Cleanliness okay, receptionist okay.
The hotel shared building with other commercial shop, there's confinement center, restaurant at the same building. Escalator can be busy during peak hour.
Down of hotel got a 7-11 convenient. Recommend.

Very clean and new hotel. The front desk are also helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. There are some decent food around the area. A 24hrs 7-11 few steps away. Also some local supermarket few shops away. The only grip is that Google map seems to be missing the hotel since its new.
