You accused us of unfairly deducting the penalty fee. After being informed by the platform's customer service, you realized that you had violated the cancellation rules. you checked in normally. During the check-in, there was no feedback on any issues. In the end, because we didn’t accept your cancellation,you left us a negative review.The address was clearly displayed on the platform,that wasn’t our fault.

I provided a house that was not suitable for your number of people.
