I gave this hotel for 4 star, inside room was cleanness, electric, including toilet. front desk peoples was friendly, The surrounding area have a lots Restaurants and shops, less 5 mints to walking to metro station. only let that down was front of outside hotel made pretty mess with road construction.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, but the cleaning was not in place. There was an obvious smell of urine in the toilet when we first checked in. The previous guest didn't clean it up after checking out. I finally asked the lady at the front desk to take care of it. Thank you to her. This store is so rubbish. I got allergic to it after staying there for just one night. Also, there is something wrong with the towels. You can tell just by looking at the pictures. I don’t recommend it. The only good thing about this place is that the location is better.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 5 minutes to walk from Exit B of Chen Clan Ancestral Station on Metro Line 1. There are many authentic restaurants nearby, and there are also convenience stores downstairs and across the road. However, management, especially the lack of training or supervision of employees, can be better. 房間新淨 夠大 但輸在公眾位置同部份服務 1. 明明兩點可以check in, 但front desk話外面落雨上一個客人延遲咗退房 所以唔可以準時交房俾我哋 所以我哋要等到三點幾先至可以攞到間房 2. 一樓大堂有個牌寫住去2樓登記入住,我哋上到2樓發現係客房冇一個登記位置,原來個登記位係一樓大堂…而且我哋係會經過front desk 但啲職員完全冇理過我哋… 3. 我哋入住2樓,完全可以聽清楚樓下嘅人嘅對話同隔離嘅屋苑既狗吠聲。另外走廊好大浸味同好暗 4. 𨋢暗同埋比較舊
