This hotel is close to Beijing Road. The price is good, but the elevator is quite bad. The room is not very soundproof. The staff is good at taking care of me. Overall, it's okay.

Nice experience overall it's a AI smart hotel btw meaning is very fun to experience with the AI features. The projector in our room is also very good 👍

The staff was very slow during check-in and check-out. Check-in, in particular, took almost 20-25 minutes. What I find unacceptable is that I booked two rooms at the same price, but one was significantly smaller than the other. When I questioned the receptionist, they said it was due to the building structure. This is the most ridiculous answer I've ever heard. If the room sizes differ due to the building structure, the prices should reflect that difference. This feels like cheating the consumer. Also, don't be swayed by the 5-star reviews. Before you check out, the staff pressures you to give a 5-star review by offering cash rebates or a late check-out at 2 pm.

Good location - very near the metro station, near famous street, easy to have to get food and shopping. but the name of hotel was change to Sigalo, can not search on Maps, it is difficult to arrive

Hotel name is different with trip.com. Location is good and convenient but using cargo lift to 5th storey. When we arrived first floor we don’t know where is the hotel. Room Floor very sticky must wear slipper. Some towel not very clean. Good to use “xiao du” for control the room aircon, curtain, lighting

Room was very big but no place to keep luggage. Also provision for hanging clothes is very limited. Access lift to the hotel looks very shabby. Only plus point is this hotel is 10meter from metro station exit. Just exit station and enter the hotel.

This hotel is great. Its located in a very continent location, just a few meters from the metro stop. THe staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. I recommend for solo travelers and couples to come here and enjoy Guangzhou.

The front desk service is really excellent, the environment and location are good, especially the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Parking is very convenient, free parking is safe. The room is also very clean, the facilities are very complete, and the location is very advantageous, just out of Beijing Road A exit. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience, and the accommodation experience must be given a five-star praise. I would like to add that the accommodation aunt is also very enthusiastic.
