The floors are relatively short, and the rooms have screen windows to prevent mosquitoes from entering during ventilation. Due to continuous showers and heavy rains in Guangzhou in late August, the air is humid. If you open the screen window after checking in, flying insects may enter. When the staff arrived at the scene and did not find it, they asked for your opinion and gave you a free room upgrade and room change before you checked in.
